The waitress with a high pitched voice made a ton of mistakes with our dinner tonight. The sign didn’t give any details about it only being the “Boston” pint a dollar off on Saturdays and we asked our waitress and apparently she asked the manager and they didn’t even take a dollar off the bill when it was the restaurants error. I can’t believe this!! The waitress was also extremely slow at responding and checking on us if we needed anything and she literally only had 2 tables to serve. I used to like coming here because the food it pretty good, but after this poor experience I’m having second thoughts and will most likely be taking my business elsewhere. Come on if you can’t even take a buck off the bill because a lack of communication on the sign on your part, I won’t be returning!! Plus the poor service. We asked for 2 waters and she only brought us one. She asked if we want lemon in the second water and he said no and she brought us another lemon attached to the water. He said no spaghetti in his chicken parm and it came out with spaghetti. If he’s asking for no spaghetti on his dinner plate there’s a reason, they shouldn’t of just scraped it off what if it was a serve allergy or something. They need to take orders more seriously. But then by the mistake, if they made it brand new again on a fresh plate we would of had to wait along time when we’re hungry. They brought us cold fries. I cut my finger by accident and we asked twice for a bandaid and she finally brought us one. This was absolutely ridiculous and super disappointing. Read moreWell for starters...our starters took 30 min to come out, only after finding our waitress who we hadn't seen since we ordered our drinks. Terrible service from the beginning. From time we sat down to time drink orders placed 10 minutes another 10 waiting for them and 3 trips to bring out 4 drinks.
A group of 6 people came in after we ordered our apps but somehow there's came out before ours did? The quality of the the apps was sub par to be generous with a rating.
The staff were dismissive when questioned about the length of time we were waiting and after confronted only approached our table to clear plates and bring us takeout containers.
Our entrees were not any better. The steak sandwich was only half the bun, and the caesar salad that we asked for on a seperate plate came on the same and was warm and soft. It took 2 reminders to get the sour cream we asked for for the quesadilla which when you ask for an extra one they would at least put one on the plate to start with.
After all this, when our bill came there was no sort of discount on the bill or any offer of a free item or anything. We our regular customers if the Burlington South location where our team spends at least $25 per person every week and i can guarantee that this Boston Pizza wont get my business again.

Read moreMy fiancé and I last attended Boston Pizza 2 weekends ago. We have had Jess as our server a few times before and have not been very happy with her service. (has been reflected in our tip) On multiple occasions we have witnessed her become extremely flustered while working the bar as well as openly complaining about her job loud enough for us and others to hear -making for an uncomfortable environment. We have over heard her being rude to her fellow co workers (almost in a bullying manor) and being unprofessional to say the least. At our last visit we decided to give Boston Pizza one last attempt to give the benefit of the doubt that people have bad days (or multiple in her particular case), but we were again let down and uncomfortable. We had planned to have Boston Pizza host our bridal party 20+ guests but could not see it through due to the unprofessionalism. It's unfortunate because we enjoy the atmosphere of Boston Pizza itself, but it feels forced and stressful at this particular location. We will be hosting our dinner party at the Keg, next door to you. We have other friends who frequent your restaurant who have noticed the same type of attitude in your staff pretty much across the board except for a few exceptions! We will not be returning or recommending...
