A TRUE GEM IN WATERDOWN!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Real Burger in Waterdown, and I must say, it was an experience beyond expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Ata, whose passion for his craft is truly infectious.
Ata's warm hospitality set the tone for our entire dining experience. Not only did he graciously guide us through the menu, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. His genuine care for his patrons was evident in every detail, from the personalized recommendations to the complimentary treats that adorned our table.
Speaking of the menu, the sandwiches we indulged in were nothing short of culinary masterpieces. Each bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the freshness and quality of the ingredients. It's clear that Ata takes great pride in the food he serves, and his dedication to excellence shines through in every dish.
But what truly set Real Burger apart was the unexpected delight of complimentary items and a sweet finale of ice cream at the end of our meal. It's these thoughtful gestures that transform a dining experience from good to exceptional, leaving a lasting impression on each and every guest.
Beyond the delicious food and delightful surprises, what truly stood out was Ata's adventurous spirit and unwavering passion for his craft. It's evident that he pours his heart and soul into everything he does, and it's this commitment to excellence that makes Real Burger a must-visit destination...
Read moreI'd give this place a 100 stars if I could. We decided to give Real Burger a try today after a hot and tiring day at The Apple Orchard, were we glad we did. The burgers were delicious, very filling and did not fall apart in your hands like with most "bigger" burgers. There is a wide variety on the menu even offering some vegan and "impossible meat" options. The dining room was very eclectic and I wanna say "rustic" with a lot of nice wall art, definitely not the standard cookie cutter, hospital white walls you get with most "fast food" places. Price-wise, very reasonable, even grabbed a pint of Beau Lugtread on tap which definitely hit the spot after a hot sun filled day. The servers were super friendly and patient even while my 2 kids took their time on deciding on what toppings to get. As we were close to finishing our meals the server came by to ask "how is everything?" which was an easy answer of "Deeee-licious!!!" from everyone at the table; shortly after even bringing a small ice cream treat for everyone at the table. All I can say was Wow! Haven't had that kind of customer service in years, just when we thought this place couldn't have surprised us even more, an older gentleman (who I assume is possibly the owner) came from behind the counter and gifted my 2 girls PEZ candy dispensers. A+++++++++ all around, will definitely be back the next time we're...
Read moreVery surprising visit to Real Burger on our pursuit of finding all the good burger places around. this place is nothing special from the outside as its in a typical walmart plaza strip. however, it was a great surprise. The burger was very good.. little dry, but very good. Good flavour and not burnt as some of the recent one we've had are. The bun was a bit too flaky and toasted for my liking but i love the attention to detail with the branded logo on top of the bun. you know when someone is investing time and equipment into something as small as this, they truly want to present their best to the customer. The fries have a lot to improve.. to be honest... i still rate it a 5* burger place for the burger and service and the very good beer they server, but the fries are not in the same category as other burger places for the same price. Overall, this place falls in the 2nd tier of burger places for us... somewhere with Burger's priest, and south street burger... but a bit below places like gladiator burger and burger legend. Excellent service and do highly...
