I never leave reviews let alone negative ones. But it was so disappointing that I ordered a Beyond Meat Burger, no tomato no cheese, with sweet potato fries and an orange juice; a mama burger with extra extra pickles, onion rings and a double double coffee; and a sausage and egger on a bun. He asked me to repeat everything as I was ordering, then he was going back threw my order and said “beyond meat with cheese (clearly not what I said) and sweet potato fries and a root beer; I corrected him. Then he said a mama burger with no pickles, onion rings and a coke; I corrected him; and then I had to remind him what the last one was. Was told to wait which is fine. After waiting 15 min he comes out with it I get home to my husband and hand him his plant based sandwich and there’s cheese on it… he’s a vegan so that’s nice. My coffee was like a 4x4. My burger that was suppose to have extra pickles had no pickles, my husband had three and his was suppose to be a normal amount. Also my burger was supposed to be made fresh, as to why I was waiting, and it was hard and dried out, must have been a day old. It’s so dumb repeating it back to him twice and it’s still wrong 🤷‍♀️. ...

This review is more directed at a certain staff member at the Waterdown location. Our daughter was there to meet an old friend while home for Christmas.Unknown to her at the time she dropped her wallet in the parking lot, another customer picked it up and returned it to the store, A few hours later, on Christmas eve, a member of your team arrived at our door, to hand deliver it to her directly. We unfortunately we didn't get this young mans name, but I believe he was driving a black sedan. Going out of his way to make sure our daughter received her wallet back safely for the holidays before getting home to his own family was a very generous act. I don't think he truly understood the amount of trouble he saved my daughter, a lost driver's license, personal identification, debit and credit card replacement is a very time consuming and arduous task. Although we live in a different city, we will drive to Waterdown when we have a craving for our next papa and mama burger combo, Thanks again for going out of your way to help a complete stranger during the holidays, wishing you and your family all the best for...

I always eat in this location and have liked this place but the staff which I can distinguish if I see them; totally just gave me extremely poor service this one time. (Sept 9, 2018 4:03 PM) Ordered a couple of things through Uber Eats but no driver was willing to pick it up after an hour. Went to this location myself instead and saw staff hanging out on the lobby talking and laughing. Waited 10 minutes just to be accommodated despite them seeing me waiting there asking to be helped. There was around 4 or more staff but only 2 were working and seemed really untrained and unaccommodating. Asked the staff to just give me my order instead and they told me that they'll make me fresh ones but to my surprise it was the ones I ordered an hour ago, it was cold and dry and they gave it to the Uber Driver without notifying me while I was waiting in the lobby and had to call the uber driver to wait for me at my own house since I drove myself back just to get my food. Waited a total of 30 minutes or more and was disappointed by these staff members through...
