Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

As a long-time patron of Tim Hortons, I am deeply disheartened and appalled by my recent experience. What should have been a straightforward order—a bagel with cream cheese—turned into an egregious violation of both my dietary preferences and basic food safety standards. Upon preparing to consume the bagel, I detected a strange odor, and to my absolute shock and revulsion, I discovered bacon inside. I must unequivocally state that I do not consume meat, and this oversight is not only profoundly upsetting but wholly unacceptable.

This incident raises significant concerns about cross-contamination within the establishment’s food preparation processes. It is apparent that staff members are neglecting to change gloves between handling meat products and non-meat items, which constitutes a serious breach of health and safety protocols. Furthermore, this speaks volumes about the staff’s lack of attention to detail and their disregard for the integrity of customers' orders.

Unfortunately, this particular location has been consistently problematic, and this latest transgression exemplifies a troubling pattern of negligence. I am exceptionally disappointed, as this Tim Hortons is the closest to my residence. However, in light of this ongoing disregard for food quality and safety, I will no longer be frequenting this establishment.

To prospective customers, I would strongly advise steering clear of this location if you value adherence to food safety standards and proper handling practices. In my opinion, you would be far better served by supporting local coffee establishments that demonstrate a higher degree of care...

Just horrible. Went through drive through ordered our items and paid for it. I always check just in case because there are times when things are forgotten..it happens. It just so happened we didn't get the hashbrown we asked for and went inside and saw the girl from drive through so I let her know that I was missing a hashbrown to which I got a reply in a snide tone "well I told you that we didn't have any and you drove away" I'm assuming she told us while we were ordering but we could barely hear her through the speaker so I told her we didn't hear her (that could've ended right there) to which she replied in yet the same snide tone "well we dont have any soooo". So I told her il have talk with her manager. To which she again yelled in a sarcastic tone have a good day. I yelled back you too. Please fix your drive through worker. I'm usually pretty even tempered but when an employee is rude for NO REASON WHATSOEVER, I will be rude back. It could've ended with sorry for the misunderstanding or something but instead this little girl chose to be rude instead. Thanks for that experience! Once upon a time on a cold winter night, My brother and I were craving delicious cripsy chicken sandwiches due to a coupon we got in the mail. It was a hard week at work and no other meal could sadisfy our hunger like crispy chicken sandwiches. So, at 12 AM, we ventured out to the closest Tim Hortons. To our misfortune they were out of crispy chicken. From there we made it our mission to satisfy our craving. Tim Hortons after Tim Hortons none seemed to have any crispy chicken. Our hunt seemed to lead nowhere. As our hope for finding crispy chicken sandwiches dwindled into nothingness we decided to make one last stop. It was at this Timmies that finally found what we were looking. The staff here was extremely friendly and provided high quality service. Simply put, the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. As we took our first bite all the cravings we had for crispy chicken sandwiches were instantly satisfied.
