Burrito z Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Hamilton

I just left here super disappointed with how I was treated by the lady working, I showed up 40 minutes before closed and the open sign was already turned off, which I thought was odd, as soon as I stepped through the door a lady was sitting in the back area and sighed annoyed and rolled her eyes at the sight of me entering the restaurant, I asked if they were still open considering the sign being off and she just nodded and seemed annoyed I was there.

I ordered a burrito and a bowl and the whole interaction of her making them was super uncomfortable, all her movements seemed to be very passive aggressive… I also asked for extra guac, price not being an issue and she explained to me that’s all she was gonna give me, after I paid I mentioned to her that it seemed like she was very annoyed I was in there ordering food and was a bit uncomfortable, which I explained it was unfortunate and will not be back, to which she responded “good”.

Overall horrible customer service and I’m not sure why she wanted to argue with me over guacamole,...

So friendly and kind. I ordered burritos with my kid, who loves hot sauce. Hetal (the owner) warned him that their hot sauce is extra hot, but most people do that because they don't think a kid can handle the heat, so he got it how he wanted it. Turns out their hot sauce really is spicier than most!! She rescued him with extra sour cream and a bottle of water! All of their sauces are homemade and absolutely delicious! But only have a tiny bit of the habanero sauce. It packs a punch. The jalapeño hot sauce is perfect for anyone who wants a bit of flavour without the heat....

Burittos were okay and very skimpy with toppings. Flavour was mediocre and not mexican in flavour. When you pay money for chips and salsa, stale chips cold from fridge and semi frozen thimble size salsa containers is not what I had in mind. Why does any of these "mexican" places around even charge for chips and salsa?! Have you ever eaten at an actual mexican restaurant????

Staff was very nice and pleasant. It is a shame this was another failed...
