Pizzaville — Restaurant in Hamilton

We got home from picking up our pizza and realized one of the pizzas was wrong. Phone number takes u to call centre and not actual store. On the phone over a half an hour for resolution while call centre went back and forth with store. They wanted us to bring pizza back, however we live 20 min away. We just wanted a refund (only for the incorrect pizza, not the whole order)for their mistake. Call centre was useless. They offered credit but the food was not the great (wings burned and not much sauce). The pizza our family did eat ,that was correct ,had hardly any sauce. They offered to deliver another pizza, but it’s too late, dinner has past. We did not want another pizza. This was our third time ordering from here, first time picking up, other 2 times was delivery. Our last order was not as good as the first time, but we thought we’d give another chance tonight, but will not be foolish to do that again. As a business owner I recognize how important customer retention is in a market where there are many choices. This company does not recognize that, so we will stick with the businesses in Waterdown that do. Don’t waste your time...

Had to push myself to come in to this place seeing as the reviews are all over the place. The store looks very beautiful nicely decorated, it took a little more than a minute to be acknowledged even tho the store was dead when I walked in, not a big deal. Pizza took about 15 minutes and I'll say it's got a very nice crust tastes very fresh and it's super crunchy. As per the sauce it's a little too sweet for my taste and I'm not sure if it's standard for them or not but I was given a thin crust pizza... Regardless it was good but just curious what the standards are. Overall good food, beautiful location, service needs a little work (maybe look happier to be there at least in front of customers) with all that being said I still would recommend trying it...

5 stars hands down!!! To you we were just two ppl wanted pizza, but my man you made the best pizza I ever had. We were 4 hours away from home, went to the falls for the day and on way home, we were starving, and my GPS took me to the nearest pizza place from my location at the time, witch lead me to you. I am not kidding when I say " that was the best pizza I have ever had in my life " , my man is very picky, and I tell you we ate the whole thing, right there on your parking lot, witch we never finish. We both wanted to say thank you for the amazing pizza and filling our belly's. Was the best we both have ever had 👏👏 10...
