Food was overpriced and awful. I ordered the cheeseburger meal deal with a medium gravy. Barely any fries, burger was overcooked. When I had to go back and grab the gravy, I had to get their attention and the girl asked me "what now?" Seriously? The place was empty. Oh I was told we had to come back another time to get the sundae because I didn't want it at the same time as my meal. How does that make sense? I had to ask for my receipt and then my boyfriends receipt. I paid an extra $0,60 for nuts...I ended up with a bunch of huge peanuts with the skins on it. What happened to the normal ones they had years ago? My boyfriend ordered the chicken meal. What a joke. 3 small pieces a bit bigger than a nugget. It was so empty in the dining area inside that even the staff were bored. We saw one guy that fell asleep in the booth. Take the day off if you are tired or let someone else who wants to work have your job since you are not worthy. Bathrooms were disgusting. Looks like rodent droppings in the girls washroom. And a sign about proper hand washing instructions....perhaps I should give them a print out of the Health and Safety Act of Ontario. We will never visit this place ever again. Waste of money, time and gas. I had to promise not to ever suggest DQ ever again. That's sad because this was my boyfriends first ever experience with any Dairy Queen. Very disappointed and disgusted. I couldn't even drink 1/4 of my pop because it didn't taste right. We only ate this an hour ago and I am feeling nauseated. The burger was burnt on the outside but undercooked in the inside. Fries were cold, soggy and maybe 15 small fries each. In summary, it's not worth the extra effort, time or money to even open the door to...
Read moreI made an order online through the Dairy Queen website and selected this location to order from. My order was delivered via Uber Eats. When it arrived, only part of the order was there. I contacted the Uber driver and he only received one bag of items from the restaurant. So I called the restaurant. The woman I spoke to there said she had no record of my order ever having been placed even though they had just prepared half of it. I had to give her my name five times and even after spelling it she couldn't get it right. Then she told me that I had to "call the app" since I had placed the order online. I told her (truly) that the only phone number that was on my confirmation email was their store phone number which is why I had called her. I also offered to give her the order number from my confirmation email but she just kept saying that because I had ordered online they had no record of the order once it was complete and I had to "call the app" to get a refund. I then tried to call Uber Eats customer service, but they couldn't help me because I did not order through Uber Eats (they just did the delivery). I tried to call this Dairy Queen back and they must have call display because twice they let the phone ring, then finally picked up and hung up on me. The third time I called in quick succession they just let it ring until I hung up. So, lesson learned, don't ever order anything from this location! The liar probably realized they had messed up my online order and deleted it so they won't...
Read moreBeyond horrible service. 1st time I waiting at the drive thru for 20 minutes with only 3 cars infront of me (2 were served already). The 2nd time I went in waited 30 minutes just to be served. When I bought my box of buster bars I asked about the price since there tag said 8.88 the girl gave me the snooty attitude and said or signs haven't been updated they've been like that for a while. I've been ordered a cotton candy blizzard and when it came back to me I had brown stuff on my rim on the inside of my eyelid on the top of my ice cream so I went back in and I asked them like what is this and turns out it's peanut butter good thing I didn't give it to somebody who is allergic to peanut butter. so then the girl was like oh we work with peanut butter everyday it's DIFFICULT TO CLEAN our machines all the time so you need to specify that you have a peanut peanut allergy. I ended up telling this girl that it shouldn't be my responsibility to tell you that I have a peanut allergy you guys should have something posted nothing was posted standing out if you have a peanut allergy you need to tell them nor did the girl even asked me if there was a peanut allergy. you would think they could do what Tim Hortons does and just wipe down there their nozzle every single time after using it but nope that's apparently too difficult and this girl gave me attitude the entire way through but refused to let me speak to...
