Booster Juice — Restaurant in Hamilton

Smoothies never seem to be wrong here, but I suggest going during the week I went on the weekend and placed the order online. It told me the order would be ready in 12 minutes when I got there 15 minutes later it wasn't ready. . . I wasn't concerned with waiting but as they were peeping my order more people walked in and so they rushed through as much as possible. I did appreciate the speed of service although I was more than prepared to wait as I had a large order. When I got home all the food was over loaded with sauce and placed in the bags upside down which then created a big saucy mess everywhere. . . Still edible but definitely not enjoyable when wearing half the sauce and the sogginess of the food. Sometimes slowing down and giving more care is more appreciated over...

The worst service ever had, not coming back again! Ordered red-sunrise juice and mango hurricane smoothie,literally i have to tell her three time please put yogurt in the smoothie she replied ohh it’s chilling in the fridge. At last she put but why no at first because she had to go all the way back to the fridge. For red sunrise juice i will post the photo too like how much they are serving. I told her just put the juice strait she didn’t listen put the juice in the blender and then put it in the cup which results in getting half foam and half juice. She through the left over juice . So i paid 8$ for half juice and half foam ! I was the only customer at that time...

Terrible customer service. Some staff are friendly but management and owner are not friendly, have been going in on a somewhat regular basis for the past couple years and will not be returning. Have had friends with similar experiences, absolutely terrible customer service especially from the owner. Drinks made improperly, at a 10$ price tag is not okay. And to be told to go elsewhere and that you're not their main concern after waiting almost 30 minutes for a juice is not a way to keep clientele. Rude, slow and a horrible way to run your business. Save your money and integrity and go anywhere...
