⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Disrespectful Staff, No Accountability, and Zero Customer Service

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too outrageous not to share.

I ordered a pizza and while waiting for the bus nearby, a group of unruly teenagers (possibly energized by the full moon or just completely lacking home training) ran up, knocked the pizza out of my hands, and took off laughing like a pack of hyenas. I was shocked and humiliated. I even have photos and video of the incident.

I immediately called the store to explain what happened, hoping they might show some sympathy or offer a solution. Instead, I was met with extreme rudeness from a female employee—sounded exactly like the same person I had encountered earlier when I picked up the pizza. At that time, she was loudly complaining and sarcastically laughing to the delivery driver about customers not tipping. It was incredibly unprofessional and made me uncomfortable enough that I chose not to tip, especially considering her attitude.

After I called to explain my situation, she was dismissive and falsely accused me of being rude—completely flipping the situation. When I calmly asked to speak with a manager, she hung up on me.

This entire experience was beyond unacceptable. From the immature and hostile behavior of the staff to the total lack of accountability or care for a paying customer’s experience, I will never order from this place again. If this is how they handle genuine issues, then they clearly do not deserve anyone's business.

I hope management sees this and takes immediate action, because no one should be...

2023 If you are like me, you love it when you find a good pizza place. Needless to say I'm on the look again. They are cheaping out on the toppings now. The last 2 orders of pizza all the pizzas where lacking toppings. First time it happened they said it was due to a delivery not coming in and they were low on toppings. They even gave me a free pizza for it. Yesterday they changed what they said. Now it's because they received a call from Dominos head office and were told to add less toppings. Funny enough they cheaped out even on the free pizza. Barely filled us up. There seems to be new management and it seems to me they are just cheaping out. More money for them, less toppings for the customer. If I find a new pizza place worth mentioning I'll update this because you don't mess with people's pizzas!

Update 2025, 2 years later: I tried this locations pizza again a few times. They have added a bit more toppings now. Nothing special. Unfortunately, everytime I try certain coupons online, they never work! I called the store but they said there's nothing they can do because it's head office. If that's the case, head office always messes up just this location. Not very believable seeing as the prices here are also higher than everywhere else! Seems to me they don't like losing money on toppings, so they overcharge and they lure you in with coupons that never work and blame it on someone else. Will not be...

so the first time i saw the T.V commercial for the large New York style pizza i said i want to try that ...called Dominos and said i want to order the large New York style pizza for $ 14.99...the girl on the other end said they don't have that ... i said you guy's are running the commercial non stop and it's in Ontario, Canada and you say you don't have that ? she said we have an $ 8.00 medium New York style pizza ...i said ok I'll take that ...but i knew there was something wrong with this Dominos location in Stoney Creek ...so i went to go pick it up and asked if i can see the pizza ..she opened the box to reveal a pathetic looking pizza ..but i bought it , went home ,took a bite and i said there's something off about the taste ..i think the cheese has gone bad ...but i ate another slice because i was hungry and the next day i had explosive diarrhea ...but i didn't learn my lesson ...because now they are running a stuffed crust pizza commercial and it looks good , so i called to order one and asked the price for a medium pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and she said $ 22.00 plus tax ....WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT !!!!! ...so i said no I'll order the New York style pizza again to see if it will be as ghastly as the first one and no surprise it was just if not as awful as the first ...so to end this rant ...Dominos is the worst pizza place around ..just garbage never will i order from this mickey mouse...
