Absolutely AWFUL customer service
Ordered pizza through the app and redeemed my free medium two topping pizza . I added two more toppings and added a dip and the total came to 8 dollars and change. Driver left at 6:21 pm to deliver Takes 11 minutes from store to reach my address Pizza tracker on app indicates pizza delivery has arrived, nobody has arrived in actuality I phone the store at 6:41pm Conversation that took place : I told them that nobody has arrived even though on tracker it says it has. They said "oh driver will be there soon". I tell them well how come it has taken so long? It's now been 20 minutes since the driver has left the store? They said " well the driver is making two deliveries, yours is coming after the first one, he should be there in 6 to 8 minutes". I said , well I hope the pizza won't be cold because it has left the store quite some time ago. I was reassured the pizza won't be cold and that the driver is coming. I reassured the person over the phone that if.there is any other problems, that I will absolutely be calling back. 6:55pm - nobody has arrived. I call the store back Conversation that took place: I indicated that I had phoned before and that I was told the driver would.be 6 to 8 minutes at 6:41. It is now 6:56 and nobody is here. I demand that I should not have to pay for my pizza and once I did the person hung up the phone. 6:57 I phone them back and at this point I am irate and furious that the person whom I spoke with hung up on me like I was trash. I tell them that it is I again and I demanding my pizza be free. How come my pizza is delivered second ?is it because it was a redeemed piZza and that is their protocol? Why was I hung up on? They said they thought they out me on hold. Let me reassure the reader of this review that my hearing is very good and I did infact here a pronounced hang up of the phone hitting the base. We all know that sound. I tell the person not to insult my intelligence. And I said well you didn't even ask me.to be put on hold ! So you're a liar! And then I am told the driver is outside. I tell them.tjay my eyes were not painted on my face and that I see nobody there! 7 pm and the driver arrives to which I tell the person over the phone that I will be getting that pizza for free and if it's cold I will put it in the oven and reheat it. Then I end the call.woth thank you and bye!
The driver gave me no hassle and I was given my pizza for free after I heard the same person that gave me issues over the speaker on the call in the driver's vehicle say just give him the pizza for free.i tell them again in a pronounced voice thank you , bye!

   Read moreI am honestly disappointed with this location. My boyfriend and I have been ordering from this location for over a year and lately, itâs been quite disappointing. They messed up our order not once but twice. The first time they missed one of the toppings, I called the store to let them know that the order I received was incorrect. The gentlemen who answered the phone was not polite and was trying to tell me that what I was saying was incorrect, but my receipt clearly indicated what I ordered and it was not what I received. I decided to let it go. This past weekend, we ordered from this location and again, we received the wrong order. This time the pizza was missing the most important ingredient, the Philly steak! We called to tell them to send a new pizza as we received the wrong one. The female who answered the phone seemed slightly suspicious and seemed to be mocking us. She mentioned that we received the correct order, but after reviewing our receipt and order, it clearly indicates the pizza we were given was incorrect! However she did say that they were going to send us a new pizza. An hour went by and we decided to call to follow up. A gentleman answered the phone and advised that he was told that we had asked for a credit! I do not know what kind of games these employees are trying to play but this is not professional! The gentleman begged us not to leave a review, we mentioned that we wouldnât granted that we get a call from management to further discuss this. Unfortunately we have not received this call and this is why I am now leaving a review. I believe that management should re-train their employees on customer service and to throughly check the order before sending it out. I am very disappointed with this location and rest assured I will pass on my experience to other so they donât have to deal with this kind of...

Everytime I order from this crappy location I have nothing but issues! Ordered last night and it took over an hour for the pizza to leave the store. I called twice to see where the pizza was and got nothing but attitude from the person on the phone saying I order later than I did. Not to mention the second time I called they hung up on me. Great customer service skills! All in all it took almost 2 hours to get the pizza.
I ordered last week as well and after a half hour the tacker still said it was being prepped so I called and asked what was up and they had cancelled my order because they called the wrong number when calling to confirm my order. When I asked why they called me to confirm because they never have, they said I was a new customer to them! I had ordered from them a week prior.
Last issue is a good one! So I ordered the pizza cheesy bread which are the cheesy sticks In a pizza shape, when it arrived it was the regular bread sticks and when I said it was wrong they told me they don't actually make the pizza cheesy fingers at their location! If you don't make this item that every other location does then why have it on the menu ???
Anyways save yourself the wait and headache and litterally order from any other pizza place other than this terrible excuse...
