Absolutely atrocious customer service by the female manager of this location on Aug 7 2017. After using the pizza rewards and prepaying the additional fees online so my family would not be presented with a bill when the pizza arrived and I was not yet home from work, the driver presented my father with the cost of the pizza as an amount to be paid, had him sign the credit card receipt and then accepted $10 (after making my father go get it and not correcting him that it wasn't a balance owing, he just needed to sign to verify the card that paid as the pizza sticker said paid). When I got home from work and found out what had happened, I called the store to find out why this happened and have my card refunded. The manager was rude, short and stated she wold be making the driver come back to give the $10 back as he allegedly believed it was a tip (considering that was more than the cost of the pizza that is absurd). When I asked the manager why her customer service was so poor and why she couldn't take responsibility for the mistake she hung up on me. As someone that works in customer service and has for many years this is disgusting. No the customer is not always right but you damn well better treat them like they are because they are the only reason you are in business.    Read moreI was very disappointed. I grabbed what was a free pizza after 60 points in Ancaster I donât often use this location. Took the pizza back drove approximately five minutesto feed the kids opened the box picked up a piece to put on a plate and the amount of grease on the bottom of the pizza was outrageous. I had to move the whole thing onto paper towels to try and absorb it because it was mushy and put it on a cookie sheet in the oven to try and dry it out. I did not have time to take it back at that point I needed to Feed them and leave. But I did let management know when I was asked for my review by email. I even sent a picture to them. I wouldâve thought they wouldâve at least offered me another one for the next time, Specific to this location, of course. That didnât happen! I normally deal upper James and Hamilton and 99% of the time the pies are perfect and if theyâre not, they immediately offer to bring another one to the house or give a replacement...
   Read moreOrdered from Dominoâs on Victoria Day for a family gathering, and it was a complete disaster. The pizza arrived looking off, and within hours, several of us were dealing with stomach issues. It completely ruined the evening and raised serious concerns about food safety at this location.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to the store, the franchise owner responded with a dismissive and condescending message instead of taking accountability. No apology, no real effort to make things rightâjust attitude.
Extremely disappointed, both with the quality of the food and the poor customer service. Will not be ordering from this location again, and I recommend others steer...
