When she does respond, it is not answering the entire question (ie. she tells us to submit the deposit for the cake, but doesn't give us the quote of how much it is total?). We had tried to book a cake with her for almost a month and the process went nowhere. She is very unprofessional and I would not recommend her services.
Edit for the response-- You say that you don't have a single email or DM from me, yet you just replied to me privately on email. Its a bit misleading and dishonest to post publicly that you "don't have any emails from" and then respond privately. I can definitely upload screenshots of our emails, including the one you just sent me, to make it more transparent to readers of your reviewers. On a separate occasion, a family member emailed the owner for a quote as well and still nothing.
Meanwhile, the owner continues to make posts on social media, so I'm sure she's seeing the emails, but just picks and chooses who she wants to reply to which is very unprofessional.
A lot of bakers talk A LOT about "charge your worth", but in my opinion, your cakes aren't worth much at all if you have poor customer service.
