An absolute disappointment in the name of customer service and customer care. I ordered a burrito through delivery and it was only HALF FULL. Why am I paying full price for mostly tortilla and a small portion of topping. They try to cut corners and save by only putting a little bit of everything and most of the times you have to ask for extra to get anything that can be considered even CLOSE to sufficient. The order was not only half empty but the special instructions were not followed. One of the sauces was completely missed and I requested extra jalepenos and there were a total of THREE in the entire burrito. This location is an outrage. The manager (who is the owner I believe) will make rude faces and begrudgingly adds any extra veggies. The other employees are nice but I can’t imagine what is must be like to work under such a helicopter boss. Don’t order from this place online because all you will get is disappointment wrapped in foil. Terrible customer service!! I ordered a quesadilla with fries, and my boyfriend ordered a burrito. His food was done in seconds, while they forgot to heat up the grill for my quesadilla. That’s fine, I don’t mind waiting, however, they forgot about my food and burned it. They offered to make me a new quesadilla, which I at first turned down, but they made one anyway. I was told that I would get a refund, which would’ve been fine with me. It took half an hour for them to finish my food, meanwhile leaving all the other food out to get cold. They would not let me put lettuce on my quesadilla even though I requested it with the knowledge that it would make my food soggy. When I asked about the refund, the girl took back her offer and told me that since they replaced the food I still have to pay. They offered me chips, which I turned down. I visited the Popeyes at 1711 Main Street West, Hamilton, ON, and my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered two deluxe sandwiches, and the server informed me it would take 5-7 minutes for them to be made fresh, which I appreciated. However, after waiting about 10 minutes, I received my order only to find that both the buns and chicken were cold, suggesting they had been reheated rather than freshly made.

When I approached the server to address the issue, I was met with defensiveness and eye-rolling. Despite my repeated requests for a fresh sandwich, she took it back but left it sitting on a table in full view. Instead of making my sandwich, she proceeded to collect garbage in the dining area. After finishing her task, she handed me the same cold sandwich.
