I honestly love Popeyes and the fact that this location is super close to home makes it super convenient. But I have to put this out here I really hope the manager/owner takes this review in to consideration and acknowledges it. The staff here was very friendly and approachable at some point but recently I purchased quite a few things 50$++ and I was handled not in a nice way. This girl at the cash had a lot of attitude, seemed very entitled and didn’t seem to like taking my order. Here is what happened: I requested her to add only one piece of pickle on a sandwich and no biscuit but more fries with my combo, and this is what she said both times: okay I’ll try (her saying this wasn’t the problem but the way she said it) she literally rolled her eyes at me and said hm I’ll try, not in a nice way. I know people can have bad days at work but the fact that she was nice and chatty with her colleague and the complete opposite to me really upset me. When I got my order, the chicken tenders weren’t fresh at all and I realized she didn’t even give me my preferred dip instead she put in a different kind it even says it on the recipe what kind I wanted. This isn’t how you’re suppose to treat your customers. And I really hope she is trained well for next time by her boss because this isn’t acceptable the way she treats not just me but I can only imagine how many others went through her. I could’ve rolled my eyes at her just the way she did and could’ve said mean things to her but decided to write a review instead so that way her boss knows how shes been treating her customers and the affect it has on the store reviews because i know how important these reviews are to the owner. She’ll definitely hear it from here. This was my first time dealing with someone like her at this location. Don’t get me wrong. There are nice people that work here too, most of the guys that work here are pretty chill along side a few girls but she in particular needs extra training on how to speak to people. I hope the owner/manager sees this message and relay it to her. I went in with a good mood came out very upset and disappointed. what does upset me the most is I was so patient and nice to her and waited until she had done her chores until she got to the tail to take my order and she just gave me attitude out of the blue. Having been a long-time customer of KFC, I recently decided to try Popeyes after hearing about the restaurant’s high standards, commitment to cleanliness, and the fact that the chicken served is Halal.
Upon my visit with my wife and daughter, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Mr. Nazer, who immediately set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. He personally introduced himself and took the time to walk us through the menu, carefully explaining the quality of ingredients and the standards that Popeyes upholds. His knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for the brand were truly remarkable.
Mr. Nazer went above and beyond by offering tailored recommendations to suit the dietary needs of my wife and daughter, which we found extremely helpful. Throughout our meal, he checked in with us to ensure everything was satisfactory, even stopping by our table to ask if we needed anything further, such as sauces or additional items.
In all my years of dining, it is rare to encounter a manager who demonstrates such dedication, compassion, and professionalism. Mr. Nazer is not only a leader but also a true ambassador for the Popeyes brand. I believe Popeyes is very fortunate to have someone of his caliber representing them.
As a doctor, I value quality, cleanliness, and care deeply, and I can confidently say that Popeyes delivers on all of these fronts. I will be highly recommending this location—and Mr. Nazer in particular—to my colleagues and fellow hospital staff.

Read moreMy girlfriend and I placed an online order in advance of us driving there and when we got to the store, we proceeded to wait for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, we asked about the status of our order and the girl working told us 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes went by and we went up again to see what the issue was because we watched countless other online and in store orders be handed out and it wasn’t busy. At this point if it wasn’t being bagged we just wanted a refund and I informed her of that. The girl working asked our order number, and went to grab two sandwich bags that were sitting on their order counter that I know had been sitting there since before we asked the first time about our order. She put it all in our takeout bag, pushed it to me across the counter and my girlfriend asked why it had taken so long but the girl just stared at her and then turned around and walked away. We weren’t rude, we just wanted to know the reason for the delay but she decided to ignore us and walk away which was extremely immature and unprofessional.
