Ordered a pizza just now and waited 1 1/2 hours for 1 large pizza. When the pizza finally arrived it was freezing cold. The toppings we ordered and were charged for were not on the pizza. As for double cheese there were slices with no cheese. We said well done and the pizza barely looks cooked. I called to tell them about it and the person who answered was rude and only offered a credit for next time. Why would I want a credit for next time when the pizza was horrible this time?!? He didn't wanna give us a new pizza because he said it was very busy and would take another hour. Also would not refund my money because apparently they don't do that. Now we have no dinner as the pizza looks terrible, under cooked and cold. Horrible food horrible service!...

So we ordered from here last week and the guy forgot the drinks and went back to get them. This week my son orders from them and they forget the pops again. He calls and the guy starts screaming at him that he's not bringing back the pops and to go f himself cause he's just another piece of white trash from around here. Then he told my son if he called back he would have people come to the house and smash his head in since he has our address. My son is 21 and a customer service rep so he knows what it's like to be yelled at and doesn't do that to others. He was shocked, I suggest you don't ever order from here unless you want to be abused...
