If I could give a negative 5 I would!!! I'm pretty easy going but the food I received here was horrid!! Our server was very nice and apologetic cant say anything wrong with service however the managers service and attitude was a different story. Firstly I ordered a lime margarita, it came looking good however tasted like lite lime slushy, there was no sugar nor alcohol. I'm not a big drinker so I taste alcohol very easily and there was NUN in this drink. So the server brought me a strawberry margarita because she says its sweeter, there was still NO ALCOHOL!!!!! That was big waste of time and server removed it from the bill. Then we ordered nachos, they were a horrible small thin layer of dry chips with a small pile of dry cheese. 100% the worst nachos I've ever seen and had for $11.00. Then we ordered the ultimate cheese burger and fish and chips. There was nothing ultimate about this burger, the pea meal bacon was so see threw we couldn't even see it, the manager said "yeah it on there hidden between the patties". Hidden between the already paper thin beef patties for the bargain price of $16.99. I think McDonald's has a better basic cheeseburger, and they (McDonald's)dont even have to call it ultimate. Anyhow the burger was not good at all, very tasteless! Then there was the fish and chips, I will admit the fish looked like it would be good but no it wasn't. It was a salty potato chip breaded hard batter with a little piece of mushy fish inside and I cant forget the child size amount of fries on the plate all for $15.00. So let's recap, we received a non alcoholic Alcoholic drink which was sent back, a horribly small dry tray of nachos, a paper thin ULTIMATE non ultimate burger and a salty double crusted hidden piece of fish with a child size amount of fries all for $50.00. !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO KELSEY'S Restaurant!! I will be passing this review onto the general manager and head office because this was disgraceful!!

We went here for lunch/dinner. We were seated immediately with options of bar or restaurant. We chose restaurant side. It was quiet and comfortable.
We didn’t complain about the 15-20 mins it took for our server to show. While the restaurant wasn’t very busy.
We didn’t even complain when you brought us two Cesar’s instead of what we ordered ( 1 Cesar and a tea) we even offered to keep the drink and pay for it so it wasn’t wasted.
We didn’t complain about the extra bits of food that was on the pan you used to cook our peta with. Which all ended up on our appetizers plate
We didn’t even ask for a manager when you served me a raw Burger. Just to have it removed from the bill
We did complain when the server came back and tried to tell us that my burger usually have a “little red in the meat tissue even if it’s cooked well done .” that’s B.S. they even claimed all burgers are to be cooked well done. They offered %20 off the burger that I was not eating.
The manager came out and agreed burger was undercooked by a lot. Explained he took over just about a week ago. He explained that he was told the same thing about the meat tissue being red after fully cooked and further explained he use to cook burgers from scratch in his own establishment and never had this problem. The manager was genuine and agreed to take the meal off as the burger was under cooked.
We were happy with solution and tipped the server %20. Things happen it’s not the end of the world. She apologized for everything and left.
My lady visited the bathroom and upon coming out ran into our server bashing us to her other coworkers.
I cannot say I was pleased to hear this when my lady came out.

Read moreVery disappointing visit here on March 13\25. Party of 3 and we were there around 12:45. We stood at the front because the sign said to wait to be seated, but no one came to seat us. After about 10 mins my daughter caught the manager's eye so he seated us. It wasn't busy in the restaurant but the 2 servers we saw were pretty busy. We ordered drinks & food at the same time because we had a lot of time to look at the menu. It took about 20 mins to get our iced teas, and then our wings came about 15 mins later. Our wings were not hot - you could tell they had been sitting and waiting to go; but not under a heat lamp to stay warm. The manager brought out our food - I told him I ordered 15 wings and there was only 10 on my plate, and there was no veggies & dip. The other plates had them, and the correct number - but were also lukewarm. He brought what I was missing and we ate. We didn't send the wings back because it would take too long and we had waited long enough to eat - we were hungry. Then we had to wait to get/pay the bill - my receipt says 2:21. That's almost an hour and 45 minutes to have lukewarm wings & an iced tea. This is my go-to Kelseys - I've never had an issue here before. We were saying that maybe someone was off sick, so they were short-staffed today. But after reading recent reviews, I think they are short-staffed and this is affecting their business.
