Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hamilton

The worst customer service experience I have ever had! DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS LOCATION!!! I decided that I wanted to order Pizza Hut and went to order online. When I put my card information in the page loaded on its own and brought me to an error message. I then received a notification that my card was charged and got no confirmation email, I then decided to phone the location to see if my order went through since my card was charged. I spoke to a man who basically told me that it was a pending charge and he can’t help me and that I can order with him or online. On the error message was the phone number to call to contact customer care and I decided to do so and when I pressed 3 it brought me back to the store, which then I spoke to Amy, she explained to me that it was my bank that had the funds on hold and it would be released in a couple of days. Now tell me why is this even allowed for ordering a damn pizza? I called my bank and told them what Amy from the Pizza Hut location said and they told me that the money was sent to them and was not understanding, I then decided to call the store back while asking my bank to hold so I may have the store explain since I felt like I was not getting anywhere, Amy answered again and when I asked her to just explain to them what she told me she became rude and sounded annoyed. All I did was ask if she could explain the process to the lady from the bank just because my bank told me that the money was sent, I then asked for her name and store number and the attitude that I received when asking for the store number was crazy, basically telling me I don’t need it. Save yourself...

We have gone here a few times over the years for our "pizza" fix, and never dissappointed. However our last visit will be our last!! We ordered the triple threat box deal, as it gives my partner and I a variety of options. We asked for our pizza's to be well done, with extra sauce when we ordered. We're also told they're out of the chippits cookie and only have the brownie....tried it once a long time ago...not a fan... but I suck it up as it's for me and take the brownie...

We pick up our pizza and get home, pizza's are well done, but no extra sauce, tasteless for the most part. Mine was ok for toppings but my partners pizza looked like it came out frozen from walmart and thrown in an oven...gee we could've done that too for $5!! The boneless wings were good, but the brownie wasn't even cooked! It clearly needed a few more minutes in the oven. You pay for a meal, I know it's not going to be always great quality but this was pathetic. Your staff need need some work ethic or taught how to do their job! It wasn't busy as when I was in on a Saturday night your delivery guy was just chilling around helping with our order. Sorry but never again to...

If I could give this restaurant less than 1 I would , we called and they said it would take an hour for delivery. Which was no problem. An hour goes by and still no pizza so we call and ask the location of the driver and were told he should be at the door any minute. 35 minutes later the driver still wasn't here so we call the store back and the woman who answered the phone seemed irritated that we called back and said well now the wait time is 2 hours because the driver has a lot of deliveries (which is not what we were told initially) so we told her at this point the food will be cold is there not something she can do so she says all she can do is take 10% off, that she will call the driver and let him know. The driver finally gets here and tries to charge the full amount for the food because the woman never called to tell him so he asked that we call the store back to confirm the price difference. We get the food inside and of course the food is cold , they gave us extra dips but not the ones we ordered. We will never order from this store again the customer service is awful. Extremely...
