Amazing staff!! I can't say enough of how welcoming and enjoyable this establishment is.

Without going to much into detail myself and approx 24 other amazing women whom live locally and represent many local restaurant/pub establishments from around the Hamilton and Stoney Creek area.

We are apart of a women's pool league. Traveling to many establishments during our yearly season. A very well known women's pool league.

There was another fairly large party there that evening that seemed to keep to their area and we were going about our games in the pool table area of course.

I was later made aware that the large group of individuals were actually infact apart of a very very hateful protest group. Ones that take religion to a whole new Judaism and Hate crime level.

The Fool And Flanagans owners and staff upon finding out which group they are apart of, for the safety of their staff, customers and establishment let us know that they kindly informed this group that they are no longer welcome at their establishment. Understanding that these sick individuals have a right to their opinion and lifestyle and beliefs like everyone is entitled too however they were no longer welcome.

I from the bottom of my heart thank all the staff their. The amazing women and men whom play pool there. The kitchen staff for making great food. The owners. I thank all of you.

It's an amazing place. Top notch staff. Amazing food. It's one of Hamiltons "Cheers" kinda place. Great patio too!

My wife and I started going to this place a few years ago as we live around the corner. At that time we were very impressed with the food and the service. Over time however, the quality of both has significantly declined. Waitresses seem more interested in talking to their friends at the bar than checking on customers.

Tonight we went with our 2 year old son who was patient for the first 30 minutes. We ordered chicken fingers and fries, wings with a small Caesar and a steak and Guinness piece. After it is finally brought to us with no update in between. I ask if there was a problem in the kitchen since it took so long. The waitress stated that there was a table of 6 that ordered right before us and apologized...which is ridiculous because there was only 2 other tables and some regulars at the bar drinking.

Food was lacking, especially in the fact that I was lacking my salad which didn't arrive. When the waitress came by to ask how everything was I inquired as to the whereabouts of my salad and she just stared blankly at me. I reminded her again about the salad and she goes back to get me a Caesar salad with minimal dressing.

Bad food and bad service. Very disappointing because we originally loved this place. After 3 poor visits in a row with the new garbage staff, we won't be returning.

WOULD NOT LET MY DOG EAT HERE🤢🤮 FOOD AND DRINKS WERE AWFUL , DRINKS CAME IN DOLLAR STORE GLASSES ALSO THEY WERE FLAT (no advertising from beer brands on glasses🤔?) HAD SOGGY DISGUSTING WINGS THAT TASTED LIKE THEY WERE PUT THROUGH A COWS DIGESTIVE TRACK (sauces were the worst ever experienced ) FREEZER BURNED WINGS AND ADVERTISED AS CHAPS. SHAME ON YOU FOOL AND FLAG CHAPS WOULD BE APPALLED AT YOUR ATTEMPTED RECIPE THEFT.. ALSO HAD THE FISH AND CHIPS AND THE FISH WAS MOSTLY BREADING WITH UNDERCOOKED FRIES.. REALLY WISH I COULDVE GOT MY MONEY BACK OR DISCOUNT AFTER VOICING MY UNHAPPINESS WITH THR FOOD AND DRINKS, I WAS TOLD “SORRY THATS HOW ARE FOOD IS “ I guess ur happy with it being awful ?? STOP SELLING AWFUL FREEZER BURNED WINGS TO PATRONS AND GET SOME REAL BEER GLASSES ITS QUITE FRANKLY EMBARRASSING FOR YOU TO CHARGE $9 FOR A FLAT BEER IN A DOLLAR STORE GLASS..
