The food may be great but unfortunately, due to gluten allergy and significant push back from the restaurant team, we were unable to enjoy the food as a family.
We made special request for a single serving of rice. Although biryani is made with a mix of items, it is inedible for a someone qoth celiacs disease as it contains wheat.
The restraunt failed to provide a basic necessity, which was plain white rice. Extremely disappointed and disgusting to see how lack of inclusion and sense of belong for those who have allergies is disregarded.
No signage depicting that allergies can or cannot be accommodated.

Reply to the unempathetic response from restraunt below:
Thank you for your response. To clarify, your serving staff were courteous and tried to be accommodating — the issue was not with them. The problem was with the owner/chef, who, instead of showing understanding, refused a very simple request for plain rice and responded with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude.
For families dealing with celiac disease, the concern isn’t about being “picky” but about a serious medical condition. Cross-contamination is a legitimate health risk, and when an establishment downplays or disregards that, it leaves customers with no choice but to seek food elsewhere. That is exactly what we had to do for our child.
Your reply here, unfortunately, confirms the same attitude we experienced — rather than acknowledging the gap in accommodation, you chose to make personal comments about my parenting and minimize a serious health issue. A more professional and empathetic approach could have turned this into a constructive conversation about inclusion. Instead, your response highlights the very lack of awareness and care that families with dietary restrictions find discouraging.
We enjoyed the food ourselves, but until there is a clear and respectful approach to handling allergies and simple accommodations, we cannot recommend your restaurant for families with...
Read moreOn 17-Feb-2024 I went there with my friend and we faced 2 issues we face in our very first and last forever visit.
First and foremost was the food we ordered with clear instructions that we just want chicken “no beef” the restaurant staff with the name tag on her dress Meera gave a reaction to our interactions clearly means she got it all clear and asked us “yeah okay let me ask the kitchen staff if it comes without beef or not!” We have just order kababs as in this picture, how much efforts it takes to prepare a dish without beef kabab still giving her benefit of doubt and letting her make sure with kitchen staff and after that she never came back to notify us what her kichen staff said to her or let us know that it may only come with beef instate the plate arrives our table with the beef kabab very bottom means eat did touch all the pieces of kababs and when we questioned is it beef she was still offering like why you can not eat it? (We were very clear that we just eat chicken no beef at all no point to force us) What if I offer and force her to eat pork but the fact I know she is Muslim and she has her own religious boundaries which being a human I respect and will never cross. At the same time will not respect and the one who cross this limit with me.
Even after pointing the beef all she did was just replacing beef kabab with chicken on same plate. I doubt it is all okay for her to treat piece of pork in her plate like that! (Not for us)
What is more, the table they offered was not even cleaned or any efforts put by the restaurant staff to clean it before receiving an order. But what to expect from this disrespectful and unthoughtful restaurant host.
My request to all Indians or who do not eat beef do not consider this place ever. Zero hygiene, not enough customer handling, and zero order...
