Twice The Deal Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

We recently found Twice The Deal within the past year. We have been ordering once a month since.

The food is generally decent. Some days it is amazing, other days..not so much. There is no consistency.

Last night was our least satisfying experience.

We waited a hour for our dinner. I have worked in the industry, so I do understand!

Once we did get our dinner, one of our pizzas were missing from the order. We let the driver know and he contacted the restaurant.

The driver was going to pick it up and bring it back.

Fine.

Mistakes happen.

We decided to eat the pizza we did have and it was awful. It was cold. It was paper thin. It was lacking.

So depressing!

You can not do that to a pizza fanatic family!

We received our second pizza rather quick.

Thank you for that....I was about to lose an arm to the savages.

I have ordered a large 3 topping from them this past weekend and was not impressed. The toppings portions on a large that we ordered were sooooooo little.....two slices were completely missing one topping! You see their pictures on their flyer, yet you get half of that in reality. Kind of like Subway nowadays where a certain race - "do not want to judge, but must be said", took over and is soo cheap...you have to ask extra for everything including lettuce! I find this place run the same way and will not be coming back. I've ordered twice to give them a chance....never again. Price was good, the pizza was ok...nothing special to be honest. If you like your pizza loaded with toppings like me then try Gino's....Pizza by Johnny in Waterdown...if you happen to be in the area or City Pizza in Burlington....similar price and loaded with what...

Alright first time trying this place, firstly I received a flyer today in mail for this classic deal for 20.99 extra 2 bucks to up it to large, the store claims the price changed and it was actually 21.99.... I didn't argue and was willing to accept this despite just getting the flyer cause either way it seemed a good deal...... well firstly I asked for pizza to be well dome and even said "extra well done I like it really crispy" well when we get home with our pizza we open it up to see it's not well done even a little the dough was kind of raw I actually had to toss slices in the air fryer to get it edible... unfortunately going back to store wasn't an option with hungry kids and gas prices but we were extremely disappointed I'll also add that they didn't even give me the correct dips we asked for !
