If I could I would’ve gave NO stars at all, the customer service is terrible, two employees named Sukhpreet and Kiran are horrible at service and are extremely noisy and the food that they make is not good. When I asked for a triple triple or a double double, they don’t mix the sugar and they add too much cream in my coffee. They have slow service, rude, dirty and disgusting washrooms, bad management, bad food, Poor service, and they talk in another language making it feel like I’m the topic of the conversation and I told them that my drink wasn’t made right and when they were talking they were making faces at me and it sounded like their conversation was about me. The management is terrible. I came here again to give it another shot because it’s the closet to me, but the people that work there just make the experience worse and worse, I don’t even know how the Managers are still being kept at their job, she rudely speaks to customers and gives ego to her answers, she clearly doesn’t know how to manage a Tim Hortons, neither does Sukhpreet. They are unfair and they take a long time to give food and they always get it wrong, I’ve seen people complaining about the same issue, but it’s not being taken care of. One time my cousin was getting drinks and the drive thru lady was rude and got the order wrong and started singing while my cousin was giving the order. This place is straight up disgusting, filthy. The old employees from around 6 months ago were perfect, no issues, ever since Kiran stepped into management she messed everything up. I do not know why Kiran and Sukhpreet are still managing this place, they need to be fired, they are straight up rude, if I was in charge of this Tim Hortons, I would straight up fire them, I’ve seen other reviews complaining about them. She argues when the order is wrong and claims it is right. If you want to keep running this place with these type or people, it should just be shut down at this point. This needs to be taken care of...
Read moreSuch a shame. When the franchisee is there in the morning or one other manager it's a stellar Tim's. Fast, friendly, energetic and most importantly accurate. But when they're not it's abismal at best. I also learned long ago to never go after 11am cause you're not even rolling the dice it will be wrong.
I used to go 5 days a week to 3 to 1 and maybe never again.
After ordering my large dark roast black 5 times (i should have known but i took a chance) then i ordered a plain bagel double toasted with cream cheese.
Now I'm not sure how you can mess that up but not to my surprise they did. There's nothing worse then driving down the hwy ready to take your first sip of coffee and having it completely wrong. So you spit that out knowing you either have to stop at another, spend more money and hope for the best or keep going and accept you donated to the tim Hortons charity of awful service providers to keep giving their exceptionally bad service.
So expectations are now low on the bagel, usually it's looked at the toaster, still cold inside and lightly brushed with cream cheese and I've adjusted my order to accommodate what's normal. But to my surprise this time there was a copious amount of cream cheese looked like a double order even, of only it was on the bagel and not in a ball on the wrapper that would have been nice, but understandable cause they couldn't figure out how to cut the bagel so once a thin off center cut was made so really there was nothing to put the cream cheese on... Out the window it went.
If you're feeling lucky and like your 20% odds something that you ordered may be right. This is the...
Read moreDisappointing Customer Service and Lack of Cleanliness
I recently visited the Tim Hortons location at Winona Crossing, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. It seems that the quality of service and cleanliness has taken a significant decline.
Firstly, the washrooms were absolutely disgusting. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash, and the floors were sticky and dirty. It felt like I had stepped into a Third World country washroom rather than a Tim Hortons in Canada.
Furthermore, I observed some of the staff members handling donuts and Tbits with their bare fingers. This is not only unhygienic but also unacceptable. I expect proper food handling practices to be followed, such as using gloves or a piece of paper to retrieve food items. It was truly off-putting to see such disregard for cleanliness.
Another issue I noticed was the inability of some staff members to effectively communicate with customers. I encountered instances where employees were speaking in languages other than English, making it difficult for customers to understand and be understood. As an English-speaking customer in Canada, I believe it is reasonable to expect English to be the primary language of communication in a Tim Hortons establishment.
Overall, my experience at this Tim Hortons location was extremely disappointing. The decline in customer service, cleanliness, and the lack of adherence to basic food handling practices is concerning. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall experience...
