The last three times I’ve gotten food from this location, they have messed up the order in someway or other.
The first time, we paid extra for white chicken breasts in our bucket. We got exactly one, not the four we paid for. The second time, my wife was supposed to have chicken strips in our dinner meal. We got popcorn chicken.
The third time, I ordered a big crunch combo on the way home from work, regular. Not spicy. So of course, once I got home, I noticed it was spicy.
This third time, happened today, and to say I was livid, is putting it mildly. I have no clue what has happened behind the scenes at this location, but after reading other reviews, and my own personal experience, I have zero reason to return to this Subpar location again.
When I returned to exchange the wrong combo they gave me. I let the female cashier be aware that I was very pissed off and I do not put any of the fault or blame on her. It’s strictly the guy that took my order, or the guy that made my meal in the back. One of them did not do the job properly.
I told her I wanted a whole new combo, and I wanted something free tossed in for this being the third time that we’ve had issues with this location. I informed her I didn’t care if it was a pop, or a couple of chicken strips, or bigger fries, or some of the The turtles from your current promotion.
She went in the back without saying, another word to me. However, she did speak to the two other employees back there in a language that I didn’t understand, both men said something back to her in the same language, and after a few minutes, she returned back with just the big crunch sandwich.
I again informed her that I would like the entire combo replaced, as the fries are now cold.
Looking at me angrily, without a word, she went to the back again. This is when a male came out to the front and asked if he could help me, I explained to him that I’m waiting on a replacement meal that you guys screwed up and this is the third time you guys had screwed up my meals. He gave me a smile and shook his head. At which point I said, I think I deserve a freebie or something for the continued screw ups at this location. He just smiled again, then went in the back again..
Is it at this point the woman brought me the rest of my meal, and I left never to return, because KFC no longer gives a crap about customer service, or keeping their customer happy. Proof of that is obvious in how you never reply to your negative reviews. If they did, I would’ve been given some type of complementary “something”. I wasn’t even given one apology. Any of the THREE times.

Read moreThree of the 5 menu screens were not working (could not connect to server) so I used the kiosk to order, and the touch pad was not that sensitive and took multiple attempts to complete the order.
The place was rather smoky as well and it seemed as if the staff were avoiding the front counter.
About 15 minutes waiting, I find out the gentleman ahead of me has been there for over a half an hour.
About 25 mins of waiting, I was told my order will be ready momentarily, they are just waiting on the fries. As promised, it was ready in a few minutes, and I checked to see if the chicken was hot. It was. #0 mins total wait.
Went home, the chicken was the sorriest looking pieces of meat I've seen. They were soggy, the coating was not crispy as it usually is, but soggy and falling off the meat. The bucket had major grease residue.
The portions were reduced as well. The large fries (two of them) which used to be packed full was only just above half full, so there wasn't as much to go around for a family of five. The gravy also had a light burnt taste.
I also ordered a large box of popcorn chicken, which was $15.99, and that too was just over half filled and not as packed as it was previously.

Read moreSaturday 21st June 2025. At 7:30 pm we went in for a quick meal, we ordered 2 meals. It took 45 minutes to get 2 box meals. There was no staff at front counter. When someone did come to the counter, we had to request 2 cups for our drinks.. After another 15 minutes we finally got the food. The fries portion were very small, approximately 15 fries. The chicken was well cooked. That is one positive fact about our experience.
Other customers had been waiting for over 30 minutes to be served. While we were there. Two young children aged approximately 9 years old had been patiently waiting over 30 minutes to get their order taken. Very poor customer service st this location.
Another lady got very upset and stormed off out of the restaurant because their order was going to be an additional 20 minutes to be prepared.
The Uber drivers that had come in, had to wait for 20 plus minutes to get their orders.
The tables were not wiped down. The garbage was overflowing. The bathrooms were not clean it was wet and messy and smelled of urine. Overall not a good experience. Not enough staff. Staff there not customer friendly. I would not recommend coming to this location. Very poor...
