Niva Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Hamilton

We ordered 3 pizzas for my sons birthday. I asked for pineapple on 1 instead I got pepperoni. I called to advise that tere was an error in 1 of the pies and that 2 slices werr eaten by the hungry children before me(the adult) noticed it was wrong. I was told they weren't sure if I ordered pepperoni by mistake because their notes said pepperoni...... I said okayyy maybe the order was taken by mistake??!! . But besides the point im the customer who just sepnd $75.00 and I want the pizza corrected, even offered to pick it up. They told me to bring the pizza back. I let them know a child ate 2 slices. They told me since 2 slices were eaten i couldn't get a remake only a 5 credit! For 2 slices eaten! I explained that was ridiculous and i dont want a credit as I wont be eating from their establishment again since their customer service skills are terrible and pizza sub par. They yelled at me, told me ita not their fault I don't know how to order pizza and hung up on me.

First time customer, LAST TIME CUSTOMER!!!

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. FAR better pizza places who treat their customers with respect annnnnd more importantly the pizza...

Moved to Hamilton in 2021 and have been looking for a great, independent Pizzeria, to support small business and avoid the big chains. Our latest go-to is Niva Pizza! We swap between Deluxe Pizzas and Deluxe panzos and they're both mind-blowing!

Their Panzos are our faves! We thought they deep fried them, but they're baked with a butter coating, which makes it more mouth-watering.

We also order their Bruschetta, which can be a little soggy in the centre, as they use sub buns, but the flavours are delicious and we can't stop ourselves!

Super nice people and delivery time is the icing on the cake. Their ETA"s are between 30-45 minutes, but usually hovers closer to the 30 minute mark and I think they deliver themselves. In any case, fresh ingredients on this delicious...

Unfortunately the pizza was terrible, what a waste :( the crust or maybe sauce smelled and tasted of mold, the premium topping was picked off as it didn't taste right. The potato wedges were over cooked. I'm really disappointed, niva used to be one of my favourite places but I regret not getting chain pizza tonight. Has the shop changed owner/management, are there new employees? Something has changed because this never used to happen. The service over the phone was great and the pizza was quick but that's all the good feedback I have right now I'm sorry.

Will try back sometime in case it was a one off, and will update review if so! Or...
