McDonald's — Restaurant in Hamilton

Lets be honest and admit no one would hold McDonalds to any significant quality standards for food or service however this location has to be the absolute worse place out of all of them. Staff is rude and moody, the place is always dirty, there is never any supplies at the drink bar and they make you feel like they are doing you a favour if you ask them any questions. This morning was the worse. They have 4 TVs, non are ever on so I called ahead and asked if they would be able to get the tv on as me and my family wanted to watch one of the world cup games as we had breakfast, they said yes so I come in 15 minutes later, the TVs are off, so I ask the lady again before I buy 4 breakfast meals here I would like to know if you will turn the TVs on. She said yes they would. So I bought my meals and waited and waited and waited, but no, the tvs never went on and no game. Now living in the area I am kind of used to the bad service but this added insult to the usual horrific service in this location. Also important to mention the place is full every morning with a whole bunch of loud groups that gather there with a coffee...

The manager Amy was a complete and total tool. Super rude. I went into this location and ordered 2 mcdoubles and a juniour chicken. It took 23 minutes to complete the order while there was nobody in the restaurant except myself. After i ordered around 15 minutes in, Amy asked if i was waiting for anything. I informed her that id been waiting 15 minutes which is when she informed me “uh, yeah, food takes a while to be cooked. “ super rude for no reason. Went shopping at Walmart and stopped for some McDonald's. As parents with a busy toddler, I dropped one of my fries, and Sean came out and noticed that I was picking it up and told me he would grab me another. He was so patient and very polite. He even took the time to talk with my 3 year old, who was saying hi and showing him the hot wheels trucks he got. Honestly recommend this McDonald's always has the best customer service and the food is always made and looks amazing. Burger was made up with nothing hanging off the bun. Thank you for everything.
