Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Hamilton

I ordered from this location through SkipTheDishes. I ordered a burrito without veggies but they put in fajita mixed vegetables, which I cannot have due to an allergy. When I called the store the first person to answer the phone did not speak English very well and he passed me off to another employee. The second employee asked what the issue was and when I explained it she said "oh, well if you give me your name we can give you a credit for the next time you are in" but that did not help me at the time and given the service, I was not inclined to visit again anytime soon. My wife was able to eat her food but I was not. No effort was made to remake the burrito that was wrong and I was just told I could get my money back, which while nice, did not help me at the time. The employee then told me I had to contact SkipTheDishes and ask for a refund because they could not help me further. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would not be in until Tuesday, I called on the Tuesday and was told there would be no manager there until Thursday. Mucho is still the best chain in town.

Went in feeling a bit peckish, got a regular chorizo burrito with a bit of everything and a touch of mucho sauce. Came to around 14, which is reasonable for the thing's size and weight. (I splurged the 1.50 for Guac)

The flavor packed into that thing was staggering. After trying the same at another chain and getting underwhelming mush, the mixing of tangy, savory, crunchy and solid toppings was a breath of fresh air.

Staff were on point and very friendly about my order, and I got to witness a fella with the best pan-flipping skills I've seen in ages.

I started coming back here as there's so many burrito places now. The food is great. The service could be improved. Twice I've come in after ordering through the app and the workers were sitting at the corner booth surprised they got a customer and quickly got up. Both times had to wait for my order. I could see my receipt had printed out on the machine.

The app has problems too. They have regular promos which is great. Unfortunately some things like the free guac Friday doesn't show up on the receipt. Then I look bad asking for free guac and can't show that I applied the code correctly. No one responded to my email that I sent two weeks ago, so...
