I am writing this email with extreme disappointment and anger regarding the incident that took place at your establishment. As a loyal customer, I never expected to be treated in such a rude and disrespectful manner.
Two weeks ago, I visited your restaurant to pick up an order for one of my customers. Unfortunately, I slipped and accidentally smashed the order, rendering it unsuitable for delivery. To my surprise, one of your employees witnessed this unfortunate incident, but instead of offering any assistance or even a simple word of concern, they chose to remain silent.
Today, when I came in to pick up another order for a customer, I was absolutely shocked by the behavior of one of your employees. This individual had the audacity to accuse me of canceling the food order. I was appalled by their baseless accusation and requested that they double-check the security cameras to witness the incident for themselves.
However, this employee outright refused to do so. I cannot help but interpret this incident as not only rude but also racist.
The fact that your employee refused to validate my side of the story and blatantly disregarded my request for evidence strongly suggests a discriminatory bias.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely goes against the values of equality and respect that any establishment should uphold. I am deeply disappointed and hurt by this experience. As a result, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone to visit your restaurant.
I believe it is essential for you, as the management, to address this issue immediately and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure such mistreatment. I expect a formal apology from your restaurant for the disrespectful behavior exhibited by your employee.
Moreover, it is imperative that you conduct proper training and sensitization programs for your staff to prevent such incidents from occurring...
Read morenot a kid friendly place as the manager won’t allow outside food which was brought for my 3 years old, very rude! Would never go there ever again. Me and my husband go to this branch almost every other week.Today we purchased a go bucket chicken popcorn from kfc for my 3 years old and decided to seat inside Osmow’s. Osmow’s doesn’t really have anything that my daughter would like, considering she is a picky eater and just wanted to have kfc! We just sat there for 2/3 minutes and we were deciding what to order!
And the manager comes and says outside food is not allowed! It’s not like we’ve bought it for ourselves, it was just for my 3 years old and she was already eating her kfc! I told the manager that and told him that we’re about to order! But he still said we can’t have the food inside! So was I supposed to grab the food from my daughter’s hand and throw it?? So we decided that we need to leave and went to another place! All the times we went there he was never really very friendly or polite! Never seem him smile a little! Always rude! Today they have lost 2 customers for his behaviour.
He could have told us politely and could have asked us not to bring the food the next time! We would have followed that! But instead he wanted me to grab the food from my daughter’s hand and through it may be? Because I don’t think we had any other choice other than leaving or we could’ve just threw away the kfc right? I am very disappointed and would never go there! Not a kid friendly place! I would have given 0 starts...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I have been going here for almost two years, usually every week (with the odd occasion where we go somewhere else). The food is a hit or miss, we find the chicken is really burnt, really chewy, or good. No in-betweens. We usually get the chicken shawarma wrap, chicken shawarma poutine, or chicken on the rox/stix. For a solid 6 months, I asked for cucumber in my wraps (I know they have cucumbers as I have seen them behind the counter). There was this man who would consistently say "no cucumbers" at every request I made. I made it clear I did not care if it cost extra, I wanted the damn cucumbers. After a few months, I gave up. More recently, I had ordered chicken on the stix and my boyfriend shawarma poutine. We got our food, and drove 10 minutes home. Only to find out my meal was just french fries. We called, and employees happily told us that they would remake both of our meals (because the poutine would be cold after the extra 20 minute round trip). We get to the location, and two employees refused to remake my boyfriends food, even though we were told otherwise on the phone. Overall, a very irritating experience. The staff need to be more professional and considerate. To returning customers, it is upsetting to constantly have problems with...
