Any internet Cafe has to answer the question: "Why should I leave the comfort of my home to go to a cold sterile environment with loud ruckus people, not too comfortable seating, and over priced drinks?" PentaQ says: "That's all true and... Uh... Yeah?" And so the experience can only be described as average.
The starting computers are $5 per hour with RX1660 and i3 processors. The more expensive computers in the private rooms are $16 per hour (or at least, they were when I visited) and presumably have correspondingly better specs. They also have a dedicated mahjong room and places to play board games (狼人杀 $5 per round). But the environment right now is bland and un-enticing. There's no decor or atmosphere to speak of.
