Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

The staff at this store are unprofessional and incompetent.

I ordered two pizzas and 1 order of boneless wings for pickup. When my husband came home with the pickup, I noticed that the wings were missing.

I immediately called the store to rectify their error. The rep that answered the phone had zero customer service skills and was unable to either process a simple refund or comp me for the missing wings.

When I requested to speak with a manager, she then lied through her teeth claiming she was alone in the store. Nor was she able to provide a name or time when the manager would be "available". Mind you, she had covered the phone several times to consult with other staff. Also there were at least 3-4 other staff members milling about when we had just picked up the food.

The representative then abruptly hung up the phone without providing a resolution to their error. I have contacted corporate and hope to have this issue resolved.

This is the worst and most unprofessional Papa Johns I have been to, will not return and definitely do not recommend.

Update: I made a complaint to customer service and a manager left me a voicemail to call back for a comp for a pizza with 3 toppings. When I called back, they said they would have to call me back as that manager was not in. Surprise surprise to date I have not received a call back nor compensation for nor receiving my chicken order. I've been ordering Papa Johns since 2009 in the US and Canada and have never come across such poor customer service from the brand.

I ordered from Uber Eats with Papa Johns 2 for 1 deal - I was incredibly indecisive tonight and wanted the best of both worlds, I was going to quietly just leave a note within the app to request the 2 for 1 deal but have two different kinds of pizza instead of the same. I’m not the best with asking out loud bc I hate to be a pain or confuse anyone bc I easily do that but the girl I spoke with was very polite and kind and accommodating. I have gotten the wrong order both times I ordered for pickup. The two imbeciles working later at night both looked stoned out of their minds and are lazy and slow. They told me to wait 5 more minutes after I had just gotten there 7 minutes after the app said it was ready and I waited for 15 more minutes and I was given the completely wrong order. I only realized that the order was wrong after I had opened it in the car and went back after, the worker then apologized and handed the already opened and tampered with pizza to the customer It was meant for. If I’m not mistaken this completely violates some health code and should be illegal if it is not! Overall terrible restaurant and the worker who did this should be fired...
