The owner of this location has changed and everything went down the drain. Food is absolutely tasteless, rice wasn’t even cooked properly and tasted terrible, so was the chicken that is shaved to the smallest degree so is the lettuce and cucumber. Actually all veggies. Portions are terribly smaller, dressing again, tasteless and the feta cheese is old and horrible. On top of that, the new owner declined me using the gift card, stated that it is from previous owners. Bro, Pita pit is a franchise and YOU HAVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE all products. I go here regularly to get lunch. I specifically order the shwarma salad bowl and more often than not, I grab a few bowls for co-workers. I order extra chicken which brings me to approx $18 for a salad bowl. Don’t mind paying the money for a nutritious lunch however, what I do mind is being told and actually refused an extra tsp of feta cheese. I cannot believe that staff will actually argue with a customer that pays $18 for a salad bowl that they are not permitted to give a paying customer an extra tsp of cheese! That is ridiculous and uncalled for. I think the owner of this establishment needs to actually revisit this policy. Your going to loose business over being cheap. I came to this location last night (Halloween night), for the first time. It was late and I just wanted a bite for the drive home. Unknowingly to me it was 5 minutes until they closed (I hate being that person) even so I was still greeted with a smile and an upbeat attitude from a friendly gentleman whose name I forgot to grab, dispite them closing in 5. He continued to make me the best pita I’ve ever had, while we made some small talk. Overall I had a great experience at this location and will continue to return.
