Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hamilton

Ordered on line with the Ancaster location. Waited for 1 hour, before calling. I gave my name my address and the the person in the other end repeated my order and address and said someone was already on their way. I waited for an additional 20 minutes and still no delivery. I called back. AGAIN I gave my name, telephone number and address. This time the person said they never received an order and it must have been with another Pizza Hut location. I said I just called 20 minutes ago and you said it was on its way! Oh we had an order, for a Victoria at a different address in Ancaster. I said I gave my address and telephone number the first time and it was repeated back to me. Lol. They hardly could communicate. It was almost was like a comedy skit. If they never got my on line order why did they not say anything on the first phone call they had all my information. There was absolutely no customer service! It was customer confusion! Very...

I ordered pizza around 7pm, I was told it would be delivered around 7:45pm. I saw the order being updated and the process, when the driver picked it up, it said “enjoy your food, it has been delivered”. I didn’t think anything of it. I called at 7:55 and the worker said there was a mix up, it would be there In five minutes. I called back at 8:15, no answer, 8:20, no answer, then 8:30 The employee told me that there was a mix up,8 would have the pizza in five minutes and he was going to let the manger talk to me. He told me the food would be here in five minutes and he would give me 10$ off next time I ordered. There was a mix up and they delivered my food to another house, but they have it back at the store and will send it back to me I said that the pizza was now 90 minutes old, and who knows how long it would be until we actually had it. I ordered two pizza's last week and I was disappointed on how they arrived because I asked for two specific things. I asked for light sauce and please do not over cook them. I received the opposite. I phoned and spoke to the owner and I sent pictures of the pizza's, he told me that they were upto pizza hut standards, however their pictures show differently on their website. We got into a bit of a heated discussion, but he promised a credit for my order. I went in last night and ordered again, surprisingly the quality was much better and he had put the credit under my name and number. In the end I appreciate the customer service I received and will be ordering from this location in the future....
