Rajdhani Sweets and Restaurant — Restaurant in Hamilton

Would love to give 5 stars like the other locations but unfortunately this location doesn't care to check if you are getting all the food you paid for. The past 2 times I've ordered, sides have been missing (which was brought to their attention last time as well). A few months back we ordered two chole bhatura and paid for both yet only received one, when we called to let them know they took our name and said we can get it next time... when we went back they couldn't find the name written down anywhere apparently so basically said tough luck, just had to pay for food we did not get.

Today again, 2 sides are missing so we're just done ordering from this location, this is the only location there has ever been these issues. There's no point trying to contact the restaurant since they clearly don't take any matters seriously and just take the money without making things right. If you want to get food from here I would recommend you dine-in as that's the only guarantee you will get to receive all the food that you are paying for.

Their customer service is good. I did catering for my daughters birthday everything was good except their naans. Naans were so bad that we had to make rotis at home. I called them and they said thats why we Don’t suggest naan. We served them right away. Their look wasn’t bad but taste was definitely bad. I tried their naan in restaurant before catering and they were really good. Then i came to know they don’t make catering naans in restaurant. Everything else was good in catering but naans were the main reason we catered from here. Girl said she can’t do anything as manager or owner didn’t agree to refund or any other solution. Never going back again! The staff here are extremely rude and only seem to care about how quickly the cash comes in. Honestly, I don’t blame the servers as much as I blame the owner, because it’s clear they are just following the instructions given to them.

I was exhausted and thought I’d grab something to eat at home from this place. While waiting, I sat at a table, and to my surprise, the server asked me to get up for another customer—even though the next table was completely empty. The owner stood there watching everything, almost looking proud of how the server handled it.

It was not only embarrassing for me but also awkward for the other customer, who hesitated for a couple of minutes before sitting down, clearly confused about what was happening. The whole situation left me feeling humiliated.

This was one of the most embarrassing experiences I’ve ever had. Honestly, I’d rather eat plain toast at home than spend another...
