Royal Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Hamilton

I've been thinking about my experience here for weeks, don't know why it took me so long to write this review.

The first man I met who worked there was very nice and gave me perfect service, but the other guy who works there was yelling angrily in the kitchen the entire time I was there. I didn't want to eat inside a building with someone who was making me feel uncomfortable with their yelling, so when I was asked if I wanted a bag for my slice of pizza I said "yes" so that I could leave the building and maybe eat it on the way home.

However, about 3 seconds after I exited and opened the bag to take a single bite, the man who had been yelling came outside and started aggressively accusing me of wasting the money they spend on pizza bags because I "should have just ate it on a plate inside". I've never in my life had an experience like this before, mostly because the vast majority of businesses understand that it's not a good idea to scare away completely normal customers by yelling at them about paper bags.

If the man I met initially who was acting professional happens to be the owner, I really hope that he can be rid of this cancerous employee that probably cost him countless repeat customers.

And I'm sorry, but the pizza also tasted like it was mummified, it had probably been sitting...

The pizza is decent but they constantly change around prices of their food with no consistency, the delivery driver has brought me a pizza that was a size below what i ordered and took a large tip from the money I gave him without asking. They did bring a new small sized pizza to make up for it but it shouldn't of happened to begin with. They also change up whether or not they want to deliver to any given address depending on how they feel that day, some days they will, others they will not. Just horrible...

We only ordered wings. Had them extra crispy sauce on the side no complaints wings was crispy and they put the sauce on the side came with garlic bread and veggie sticks. However, I did wish the wings were a bit bigger. Can’t complain for the price that was paid, very nice employee still looks clean up front. They took the order very easily over the phone and it was ready when we had gotten there within the timeframe that they said I would recommend this place. The prices are not off the charts.
