Red Rockets — Restaurant in Hamilton

My girlfriend and I absolutely love Red Rockets wings and we always get them from the Stoney Creek Location, always perfect. This time "valentines day" upper paradise location was closer to my work. I ordered party pack ($61.28) at 1:07 pm for a 430 pickup. Made extra extra crispy, hot sauce and extra sauce. I picked it up, brought it home and we bit in to non-Crispy wings and hardly no sauce. Didn't taste like we order every other time. We checked the box and noticed we got someone else's order of mild regular wings. I called them up and they said "ohh well, we can give you 20% off your next order"?!?!? So I'm wasting this $61 bc these wings are gross like this (not what we ordered) and you want me to come spend another $60 , equalling $120 for one box of 50-60 wings that we will eat???? Horrible customer service including the laughing when saying bye on the phone call!! Upper paradise location totally smeared the other locations name. I love red rockets but that location...

I come here on an embarrassingly often frequency.

In the 5+ years its gone from being a fantastic deal to being just... OK. But the wings are fantastic, the wedges are great if cooked crispy and the cesar salad is so amazing.

Sometimes the consistancy is a bit varied depending who they get their wings from or who's working in the back "Light on the sauce" sometimes means like ZERO sauce, and sometimes its a pretty normal saucy wing) but overall, we keep coming back.

Only thing that bugs me is they're not SUPER adherent about masks in the back. There's a delivery driver who's always coughing up a storm but i see him enough to realize its just a chronic cough at this point. Weirded me out at first. There's a ton of fryers and it must be super back but I always see them scramble/quickly put on masks as soon as they see a customer walk in. It bothers me but not enough to...

I ordered almost 200 dollars worth of food the other day for take out. When I opened up the bags of food when I got home a large portion of my order that they charged me for was missing. I called the Ancaster location that I ordered from to tell them I was missing some food and I have never been spoken to more rudely before. The guy I spoke to on the phone called me a liar and said that there was no way I was missing food and tried to fight me on the fact that they made a screw up ! I never asked for money back just the food I ordered. The situation never got resolved either because of the extremely rude person on the phone just hung up on my after I tried to explain again that there was food missing . All in all I would not recommend getting food from here or dealing with this staff . The food that we did get was definitely not even worth the price they charge ....
