This restaurant follows your instructions for the most part and is extremely comprehensive towards your wants and needs how ever, the one time my order is wrong and I make a complaint to skip the dishes the owner or Manger calls me to demand I explain what's wrong. Now this wouldn't have been a problem had it happened the day of or the day after maybe but that wasn't the case I made 2 more orders with this restaurant before he calls me and harassed me. I told him he had no right to call me and ask about an order that old as I was put on the spot and couldn't recall what had been wrong. If you must know I ordered a meal like always only usually I say I don't want the potatoes on the side but my boyfriend likes them so I deleted my usual note saying remove the potatoes (even though I always still pay for them) and yet I wasn't given all the items I paid for . So I complained to skip about my missing items and received a partial refund. The owner or manager or whoever the man was who called me was extremely improfessional and unfortunately even tho I order there 2 times a week and have for months I won't be ordering...
Read moreThe omelettes are extremely small and over cooked. Clean your flat top, because there were black pieces of “char” in with our omelette, and no, it wasn’t pepper. I requested spinach and Swiss cheese with my eggs Benedict. The cheese tasted fake.. it was gooey, but not in a good way, and the spinach was uncooked, not sautéed like requested. We ordered through SkipTheDishes and we were made to purchase a slice of gluten-free bread for $2.59 if we wanted to place our orders??? we received two slices of bread( one for each of our meals) that was cold and soggy because of the amount of butter they had put on it and definitely not worth $2.59 for a SLICE of bread!?! That cost is ridiculous!! I had the eggs Benedict that came on an English muffin. Why would I want more bread??? …fix your menu and pay more attention to what you’re cooking. The potatoes were definitely cold and soggy..Definitely won’t place another order at “Paradise grill” ..not worth the cost of $56 for TWO meals? Our sons meal was cancelled by the restaurant for some unknown reason, so we had to order elsewhere for him as they closed their...
Read moreI went here about a year ago and never went back because of my experience. Thought I should write a review so the business is aware of what happened and knows that they can lose customers applying their own tipping system.
I went for breakfast with my wife and two kids. The food was ok and so was the service. No real concerns there. What I didn’t like was that when we received the bill and paid for it using their machine, there was no tipping option because it was chosen for us. We didn’t even have a section to decline and chose what we wanted to tip.
They decided to tip themselves 25%. I do believe that the tipping option should be the customers choice. Although I always tip, it is not mandatory and I didn’t appreciate being forced to tip 25% without being able to change it. I wanted to address it but my kids begged me to just please pay for it as they are teenagers and get easily embarrassed. So I decided to pay the 25% tip but also decided never to returned. For a short gain but you lost in the long run because I will not...
