I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service – it felt like the staff lacked the necessary training to handle customers with care. Specifically, an individual from the back-end struggled to grasp my order, clearly unaccustomed to front-desk interactions. Rather than providing assistance, he hurried me along, displaying a dismissive attitude. This level of unprofessionalism is disheartening; customers deserve respect and understanding. It's my hope that the owner invests in comprehensive training for their team to prevent such incidents. Unfortunately, this encounter has led me to sever my ties as a long-term customer. I urge others to steer clear of this establishment and explore alternatives where genuine customer service is valued. The staff here seems to overlook the essence of customer care, treating it as if they're doing customers a favor. For such a disappointing attitude, they would have earned a negative rating from me. The management has made noticeable changes that have really elevated the whole experience. The quality of the pizza has taken a major step up. The crust is always perfectly crispy, the toppings are fresh, and the flavors are better than ever. You can tell they’re using top-notch ingredients, and the attention to detail is clear in every bite. Also, staff is friendly, attentive, and always eager to make sure your order is just right. You can tell there’s a new energy in the place, and the team really seems to care about providing a great experience. One of the most noticeable improvements is the cleanliness. The kitchen looks super organized. It’s clear that cleanliness is a priority, which really adds to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant. I had the displeasure of visiting Pizza Pizza recently, and it was an experience I wish upon no one. The lady at the counter was unbelievably rude; it seems she missed the memo on basic customer service skills. Her demeanor was not just unprofessional but downright disrespectful. It felt like she had a personal vendetta against serving customers.

Pizza Pizza seriously needs to reconsider who they let represent their brand. If this is the level of service they condone, I fear for their future. Customers deserve better treatment than what I received. It's shocking that in a service industry, such behavior is tolerated.
