Rather than providing assistance, he hurried me along, displaying a dismissive attitude. This level of unprofessionalism is disheartening; customers deserve respect and understanding. It's my hope that the owner invests in comprehensive training for their team to prevent such incidents. Unfortunately, this encounter has led me to sever my ties as a long-term customer.
