Subway — Restaurant in Hamilton

I used to get subs every week. But then you guys started removing toppings off The menu and then prices started to increase, On top of the increasing price, I'm always begging to have more toppings. Put on when somebody says extra. And you put 2 extra pieces on of a green pepper. It's not really sufficient, you guys are very cheap on the toppings and continued to remove popular toppings. To line your pockets with money, it's just disgusting.. And on top of that, to have franchise owners working in their store with family members, pushing tips on customers is even more disgusting. You are a fast food chain , not as sit down Restaurant. You are very lazy and take from us enough. Don't try to make us tip you.. There really should be zero star option on google reviews as this location truly deserves it.Absolutely rude and disrespectful. This needs to be reported to there head office and the two male staff members working on June 9 at 6 pm to be fired. Ordered a sub with one gently man and after answering if I wanted it toasted or not. Then talks to gently man beside him in his native language. Be littles me and the type of sub I ordered. As I know most of the native language he spoke. I was disgusted but continued with the ingredients I wanted on it and did not say any thing and was nice Because it would not accomplish anything at the time

I used to work at a Subway I'm college so I know how hard and annoying the job can be. However, the sandwich makers should pay more attention when making your sandwich. On numerous occasions as I was telling them what I wanted they'd put something else on accidentally. I try to speak as loud and clearly as I can. Without sounding crazy. It's only happened 5 or 6 times. JT it is kind of annoying. Usually they'll apologize and I'm ok with it and eat whatever they out on I didn't ask for.
