I would give less then one star if possible. I broke my back a few years ago. I am not very mobile because of it. I have gone through this drive through many time in my enclosed mobility scooter. At the speaker they ask me my order, I gave it to them. I pull up to the window, to be told we can't serve you, I asked why, and the first lady was unclear as to why, then I asked for a manager to be told there wasn't one, then I requested a supervisor, to which she was standing right there and her response was cause you have to have Insurance to go through the drive through, I told her I do have insurance, she asked me to see a copy of my insurance, I asked do you ask other vehicles in drive through to see their insurance? She said cause their car's she doesn't have to see proof of insurance. I told her you can't decriminate against someone who can barely walk and can't bring scooter in the restaurant, you get decriminate me and not serve me, she responded with ill contact my manager. Then when she left to call the said manager another employee comes to the window and says we are not serving you, I said the supervisor left to call a manager, she said yeah I know and the manager said we aren't serving you and slams the window in my face, then re opens the window, and starts mouthing off some more, yelling at me to move, all while the driver in a car behind me was telling me to stay and stand up for my rights. When I told her the driver behind me doesn't want me to move, she said oh well stay there the manager is on the phone with the police. So spare all the hassle I park and ask my cousin to ask the gentle men behind me, if I give him the money for my order, if he would get it for me, its felt super hot, I have breathing issues and was in dier need of a drink, so she asked him, to which he agreed, however when he got to the window they refused to serve him, my order. So I left. And as my cousin followed behind me, some employees came out yelling at her, telling her to tell me, I am never allowed back there again and if I go and step foot on that property I'll be arrested. To all my disabled friends out there, avoid being treated this way and go to a different Tim Hortons. Where they treat you like you a human and most importantly treat you equal. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and should not be acceptable, all those employees involved should be fired. I'll be contacted the Ontario Human Rights, as well as Tim Hortons head office. If this isn't addressed fairly, I'll always send a article to the news. No one deserves to be...
Read moreGreat bagels, especially Everything bagel(s) toasted with melting butter. Sometimes the bagel isn’t toasted dark enough and needs further toasting. You have to tell them to put it through the toaster again or re-toast it. Sometimes you have to tell them to turn up the toaster. If it gets burnt initially, then you have to tell them to toast another one for you, at no extra charge. Unfortunately, wheat and/or rye bagels haven’t been available since the Covid-19 pandemic. This was a healthy alternative choice and is missed.
Lunches include sandwiches, wraps, soup(s) and/or potato wedges. The wedges are to die for but are only available for lunch. There is no vinegar or malt vinegar available. There aren’t even any ketchup packages given out for the wedges. You can also only order certain lunches in the morning which makes it difficult to plan meals ahead like ordering a chicken sandwich in the morning for your lunch. Tim Horton’s chicken (salad) sandwich on white has also been discontinued. It tasted great and could be made in the morning so you could take it for lunch later on and/or take it to work (i. e. for afternoon or night/evening shift). In general, more healthy options such as whole wheat bread, buns and/or wraps are needed. The grilled cheese sandwich, especially with bacon, is also to die for and is filling especially with the wedges.
I no longer drink coffee because it no longer agrees with me. It would be great if Tim Horton’s came up with other alternatives to regular coffee like synth coffee. In Star Trek you have “synth ale” or “synth alcohol”. Why not “synth coffee” that has the caffeine but doesn’t make you go to...
Read moreIm sick and tired of wasting my money at this location. I recently moved near this Tim Hortons, and when you order here you have a 60-40 chance that the order is even remotely close to being correct. For example. 2 days in a row last week I ordered the sosage breakfast wrap. Both times I recieved a Bacon breakfast wrap. 1 time before that I did recieve the correct wrap but it was leaking all over the place. when I opened the package. I noticed the wrap was stuffed in there and the wrap was torn all up the side. So long story short. that went right in the garbage. Today I ordered a Sosage breakfast wrap and a large TT coffee. Congrats guys!!!!! You got half the order correct. You should all give yourself a round of applause!!! The wrap was good. But the coffee that has TT clearly written on the lid. DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE GRANULE OF SUGAR!!!!!!! This store is rediculous!!!! I hope Head office reads this and mystery shops you guys like crazy, Because there is no cares given at this store for quality or for providing an...
