I would give this store/experience 0 stars if I could.
I placed a mobile order in the app for pickup on a Tuesday night after a long day of work. Placed my order, paid for it and waited for my order status to say complete then went in to the location to grab my food.
Well when I get there, the employee insisted they did not have any mobile orders and that I was at the wrong location. After showing screenshots from my order and my email, the employee states that their location is 691 Queenston Rd, not 697 Queenston Rd and insists I ordered for a different location and suggests I drive around to the different subways.
However, according the google, the Subway Mobile App and the Subway website there is no subway located at 691 Queenston Rd. Additionally 691 and 697 Queenston come up as in the same plaza. Plus the phone number to call for the location I ordered from is for this store where I went to pickup!
Long story short, I never received my food, the location would not honour my order and make my 2 sandwiches despite seeing multiple instances of proof of my order. The employee called the manager who apparently told her to not make the food. They said I had to rebuy the subs and then do a complaint through the app for a refund.
To make matters worse, Subway has no customer support phone number, only a contact form, so who knows how long it will actually take to be issued a refund. This whole experience...

It said it would be ready in 20min and we had let 30min pass and no notice that its ready, we've never ordered like this threw their website so we had no idea if it would even tell us. My husband decided just to head on over anyways and the place was packed. 1 poor girl working behind the counter, nobody regulating how many people are inside. Obviously our order wasn't ready nor was the curbside pick up even an option or available. Their curbside is basically you have to go into the store and pick it up, which had we known wouldn't have ordered as we are trying to limit our exposure to unnecessary people. 15mins later and he's leaving the store with our food and not even a sorry. Obviously it's not the solo workers fault that they were understaffed but the owner operator. Don't offer a service if it isn't possible to come threw. Read moreCan't say im surprised to see all the terrible reviews about how far down subway has fallen with its quality and today is another prime example of not being able to follow simple asks. Asked not once but twice for the bread to be double toasted and in the end get home and unwrap bread is barely toasted and cold and I only live 3 min away. Had to come home and throw in the oven.
