Racist, bad service, ok food, uncleanly
Music was off when we came in, they sat us down closest to the speaker and turned it all the way up. It was so loud and even though we sat 1-2m from the speaker we had to yell to hear each other. When we came the served us with paper plates and plastic utensils while other tables and new people who came in had actual plates and utensils. Other people were served before we were despite having ordered similar/the same items. The water is set on the table when you walk in, if you shake it there will be visible particles inside. The food wasn’t great, thick layer of grease that the camera couldn’t pick up. The rice they served us had several specifically hard rice which means that they clearly served us leftover or uncooked rice that was left out and dried. The time we came the table was not wiped and had marks before we sat down. It’s important to note that we are not Indian and all of the other guests at the restaurant seemed to be which could explain the difference in service. Additionally one thing that we found interesting was that the entire time we sat and ate they only talked to one person and never made eye contact with me when we ordered. When I would look and try to make eye contact because our water was empty they would avoid my eye contact and look beside me until my partner looked at them.
I don’t usually like to give bad reviews so we gave this location a second shot and it was still the same. We ordered different food, went in at a different time and day (both times were not during rush hour) and with different servers but was...
Read moreMy recent visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. From the moment we were seated, it was clear that this establishment has little regard for customer satisfaction or basic culinary standards. The food was poorly prepared, with many dishes arriving at the table raw or undercooked. It was clear that the kitchen either lacked the necessary skills or simply didn’t care about the quality of the meals they were serving.
Moreover, the flavors were utterly bland—there was no seasoning or attention to detail in any of the dishes. It felt as though the ingredients were just thrown together without any thought to taste or presentation. The lack of flavor made it difficult to enjoy anything we ordered.
To make matters worse, the service was just as disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, with no concern for the issues we raised about the food. Despite our complaints, nothing was done to remedy the situation, which made the entire experience feel like a waste of time and money.
In summary, this place lacks the basic ethics of running a restaurant—no attention to food quality, no care for customer satisfaction, and an overall disregard for what it means to provide a decent dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values good food and...
Read moreI’m South Indian and for me the food was rlly great and spicy. We came as a group of 7, got naan, roti, karahi, daal, the pan fried chilli momos, noodles. Shoutout to one of the staff, I didn’t get her name, but she kept checking on us and asking how the food was and if we’d like smth else. Even though it was around 11 and I’m sure they would want to close up and head home soon, she was rlly sweet and attentive.
I went on new years to see the Niagara Falls fireworks and spend time with my aunt. Her birthday is Jan 1st, but she was heading back home a 6 hours drive so we wouldn’t be able to celebrate on the day of. I asked the staff if there was smth they could do even tho it would be tomorrow. Just out of curiosity wondering if they could gather around and sing for us like I’ve seen on insta. Surprisingly, she brought us a complimentary dessert, the sweet revenge. Which was rlly good. It had gulab jamun balls and falooda noodles and flavor. I loved the flavor of it. it wasn’t incredibly sweet like gulab jamun which I rlly...
