I am a manager at another Tim Hortons and I just had the worst experience of the company. I only ordered a med ice coffee with extra base in the drive through. What I got was a med ice coffee no base. So I went into the store and asked them to remake it. Which they do with no problem but they wanted to be petty and they put 12 pumps of the sugar base in it. When I tasted it after I left, it only tasted like sugar and not even a hint of coffee. Then when I came back for the second time I asked them to make it with only 5-6 pumps and my money back. At first they did not want to get me a new one and give me my money back to me. So I told them I am a manager at another Tim’s and I know the protocols. After that they finally gave me my money back and began to make the new ice coffee. This is when I told the worker “I am going to count how many pumps of sugar they are putting in because it’s getting kinda ridiculous.” After she went to make it and I was counting how many pumps she put in and she wanted to be petty again so she put 7, which was more than what I asked for. So I asked them to remake it again and how I would like it. Finally after getting it right she told me to go make my coffee at the Tim’s I work at. So I told her “I am a customer right now I’m not at my work there for you should do your job and learn how to make an ice coffee properly.” As I walked out
I just have to leave a comment on this because as a Tim Horton’s manager I was really disappointed in this Tim Hortons...
Read moreMarch 10 around 8:11pm. The worker at the drive thru window had previously handled cash money with her bare hands with the customer in front of me. Next, I drive up and wait for my order. She began picking through a small paper bag of timbits which was the person's order behind me. She knocked one of the plain timbits out of the bag and it almost rolled out the window...except it didn't. Instead, she let it sit there for 10 seconds before deciding it was a good idea to pick it up with her filthy hands and put it back in the bag. She rolled it in the palm of her hand all the way across the dirty counter that comes in contact with the dirty debit machine, cash, hands, etc and then rolled it back into the bag. This is a food item that she is serving to another human. She was too lazy to replace the timbit she dropped on the filthy counter and couldn't be bothered so right in front of me she just put it back in the bag and served it to the person behind me. I told her how unsanitary this was but she didn't understand what I was saying to her with her language barrier. Beyond disrespectful. How would you like to be served dirty, disgusting food? There is a major lack of hygiene with these employees every single day. Today was the end of my rope. I've seen these people do some pretty dirty things, but the episode that took place last night was just unacceptable. Dirty, filthy people. If you don't like your job, go...
Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars I would, the staff were very dismissive and didn’t seem to be to happy to be there today, I placed a mobile order and had instructions to prepare it in 10minute after I placed the order though it looks like the quality of the food and drinks looks like it was made the minute I placed the order.
They didn’t have an item on my order that was placed, I asked for a refund and they refused to do so, the manager on duty tried giving me a replacement of a donut or cookie for something that had a value of $10, there for I politely asked for something of more value, couldn’t get any names because they had no name tags on at this point i have been waiting for almost 20 minutes because they couldn’t decide what to do. My iced coffee that was watered down and had clear separation of ice and the coffee I asked just for a cup of ice and she proceeded to charge me 0.30cents for a cup of ice?!!
This is unacceptable as this was someplace I shopped at frequently, should do some better supervision of the team as it was to long of a wait. The guest recovery process wasn’t something that I...
