The upper gage location used to be my go-to tim Hortons. Their service was quick, the coffees were great. Then about 2-3 months ago, the coffee the served tasted horrible. At first, I thought maybe it was a "one-off", and the next one would be good. I was very wrong. I was so wrong, in-fact, that after the first 3 weeks of horrible coffee, I switched to the rymal location near upper Wentworth. Their coffee is amazing, especially from the morning crew. My sister and my mom still try to get our coffees from upper gage, and finally 3 months later, their coffees are finally getting better. But it's too late. I'll never go back to upper gage
Edit My family and I have been pumping money into the upper gage location for 5 years. However, in the past month, a family member of mine has been cinsistantly harassed by one of the employees, in store, and in the drive thru, every time, by the same employee while she is on shift. Even after my family member has contacted a supervisor, a manager, and the complaints department, the harassment still persists. It has happened for a 4th or 5th time again today.
Thanks for your response earlier, owner of the location, however, I strongly suggest you start monitoring your employees more closely, because this harassment by your employee carries more weight than just on- going harassment by one of your employees.

   Read moreSo apparently, this particular location allows patrons to enter the store, WITH THEIR DOGS??? Iâve been in good service for years, and Iâm a proud, loving dog owner as well. This morning I stopped into this location, (not a fan of drive-thrus) to wait in line and grab my breakfast. After about 30 sec a man walked in behind me with his dog in his arms. Not a particularly small dog, he was obviously carrying it because in his mind that somehow makes it ok. I promptly explained to him him thatâs itâs inappropriate, to which he smiled. Other patrons in line were nodding and agreeing. I asked for a manager, and all of the staff immediately seemed unavailable and stand-offish. So, I did my best to make the âgentlemanâ with the dog feel like the jerk he was.... upon leaving I noticed another staff member out back having a cigarette break. I asked her if this was a common occurrence, and she rolled her eyes and said âyes, and none of us can understand why?â.... worst of all, the patron carrying his dog then came out tot he parking lot and put his dog in his pickup truck, where he very easily could have left the animal in the first place.... Needless to say, I wonât be coming back?!...
   Read moreI go here often basically everyday from past 7 years i am very upset as after my work shift at 530am Tuesday august 22 i came by to get 2 french vanillas and a bagel sandwich there was a line up about 7 cars which is normal no problem i waited ordered as normal then when i got to the window i scanned my rewards card after that when i told the lady debit she told me they dont have tap it wasnt working i said you can take my phone to inside to tap other machine she said no our machine isnt working for tap sorry i was so upset its was a very awkward situation she didnt tell me this at beginning of drive through when i was ordering and they didnt put any paper sign to notify customers and i didnt have any physical card to put the chip in so she refused to give me anything⌠this is unfair i wouldnt have wasted my time waiting if that was the case only time i saw this happen in past at the other location on upper ottawa last year they just gave me the items i ordered because its not something thats my fault⌠thats poor...
