Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

We had to come to this Tim Hortons because the upper James and Mohawk location at the gas station didn’t have scrambled eggs and hash browns for breakfast!?!! How do you not have breakfast items when you are a breakfast place! This is a frequent problem at almost all the tim Hortons on upper James.

So we arrived at this one and ordered 2 scrambled boxes. We were not told it would be a 15 min wait!!! If you haven’t started the breakfast items you should be telling your customers that it’s going to be a wait especially if your service is based around fastfood/drive thru service.

Then we get to our car and realize BOTH of the boxes we ordered are cold!!! This is getting ridiculous. To the point of where I’m questioning whether I even want to go to any Tim Hortons for breakfast moving forward.

I’ve also left reviews on 894 upper James and will be updating that review as well. The manager there seems to think she’s righteous and that all her customers are wrong when leaving a review and complianing about the inconsistency of their food quality.

I’ve called head office and asked for the regional manager to call me to discuss this ongoing issue and I have received no calls and no voicemails to let me know that you actually care about your customers. I will continue to leave reviews until...

I come to this particular Tim Horton's because they have the ever-so-rare, Chocolate Éclair Donut. Unfortunately, nearly every time I've purchased it, their servers either don't know or don't care about how to pack it, so that the chocolate on top doesn't stick.

On one visit, I ordered two & for whatever reason, they decided to stick the two together in one small box with the chocolate sides facing each other. Guess what happened?! On another visit, again, I ordered another two. This time, I asked for two separate small boxes, thinking that would solve the issue. Was I ever wrong! The Server decided that out of all the positions to put them in, the upside down position with the chocolate-side facing the bottom of the box would be the most logical way! Again, guess what happened?!🙄 Nothing like peeling a donut from each other or from the box itself.

I mean, is it really that difficult to put the donut with the chocolate-side facing upwards so that it doesn't touch the box surfaces?! Safe to say, I won't come back to...

I stopped going here a while ago because every time I got food here I got sick. I got eggshells in my breakfast sandwich once, the egg is almost always green around the yolk from overcooking and then sitting around, and 99% of the time their non dairy options are expired or just, off. Theyve made my drinks look like a snow globe on more than one occasion. I would also watch them completely ignore me and flat out argue with me over what I ordered and put cream in my drink too, despite me telling them I was lactose intolerant. I still walk past sometimes and see they're constantly understaffed and barely have the product to keep up with demand of the location. The ONLY reason they get above a 1 star is due to one of the guys that still works there. He has a bubbly personality, and always does what he can to go above and beyond despite how rough it must be to work there. I dont know his name but I hope he knows that this...
