Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

I swear to God the people that work here are deaf and slow as molasses!! The second drive thru was closed once again this morning, huge line up on the one drive thru lane that was open, so I go inside. Inside I see the same thing, big line up in the store. At this point I am already pissed, since I do not want to be late for work all because I wanted a coffee. I finally get to order, I say can I please have an xtra large double double stirred, to the sleepy man moving like a snail who's taking my order, the sleeping princess, confirms "two?" I say no just one and two old fashioned dipped donuts. Then I get a large double double made instead, I was just lost for words at that point as another lady hands it to me. This is not the first time this place has messed up my order, they messed it up plenty of times through the drive thru, it seems they cant even get an order right inside the store either, I just walked out pissed as I did not have time to talk about this but here's a review for you !!! I'd love to also complain to head office so they can rectify this place of morons. If you're busy and need help, hey here's a brilliant no brainer: HIRE MORE PEOPLE INSTEAD OF CLOSING YOUR SECOND THRIVE THRU WINDOW/LANE !!! THERE'S PLENTY OF PEOPLE THAT NEED A JOB THESE DAYS !!! And maybe some more energetic and friendlier as well as better hearing people would be much...

This Tim Hortons is by far the the most well and beautifully decorated store I have seen this year. Congratulations to Sheila who decorated the store in incredibly beautiful way. Mom's with kids take pictures of large inflated Santa Claus and the comments from customers are so warm and positive. There are elderly customers...some who live alone...and the reaction and smile when they see the festive environment of the store is so nice to see.. I have been coming to this store for 25 years and the current management and staff truly take pride how their store looks. It definitely shows in this year's Christmas decorating. I have been to Tim's in the Niagara -Hamilton area with my work...and none compares to this store. The extra effort and time in decorating thr store so well is appreciated by all...and it would be nice if someone from corporate came to store and took a few pictures and put in news letter..bulletin etc to both thank and show appreciation for all the extra work in Christmas decorating. I am confident both staff and management would be so...
