Day staff is phenomenal however my recent experience with the night staff has turned my business away from this location. Ordered the relatively new strawberry chill at the drive through, she said okay, pull up, etc. After awhile she brings out this chunky pink drink with no whipped cream (clearly not a chill). Asked why the chill didn't have any whipped cream and she said it wasn't a chill, it was a strawberry banana smoothie and it didn't come with whipped cream. Said oh, I ordered a strawberry chill though? The lady began to get angry and stated that if I wanted a strawberry chill I should have said that when I ordered. She calls over another lady to agree with her that what she punched in, is this yogurt drink, the second lady agrees and I once again repeat that I didn't order that. She once again repeat herself, saying that they are different (which I clearly know) and that I should have ordered the other. At this point, I'm frustrated and feel embarrassed as this lady continues to make a scene and make me feel incredibly uncomfortable when it's clear she has made a mistake and just doesn't want to admit it. I finally give up, say okay, I'll buy whatever this pink strawberry banana drink is, but can I please have a strawberry chill made. The lady continues to give me extreme attitude and goes off to make the other drink. In the end I pay for the drink and she lectures me again, saying that I need to order a STRAWBERRY CREAMY CHILL next time. Geez, all I wanted was a drink, not 10 minutes of attitude and lectures. I understand that mistakes and misunderstandings occur, but it's not hard to simply apologize, make the situation better and give good customer service...not look down upon your customers and INSIST that it's their fault and then make them...

I recently visited Tim Hortons, and I’m giving it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars—it’s absolutely a go-to spot! The moment I stepped in, the warm, inviting atmosphere wrapped me up like a cozy blanket, with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air. I ordered my usual medium double-double and a box of Timbits, and let me tell you, they were perfection. The coffee was smooth, creamy, and just the right balance of sweet—honestly, it’s the best pick-me-up I could ask for. The Timbits were so fresh, with the chocolate-glazed ones melting in my mouth like little bites of heaven. The staff were incredible—smiling, quick, and so friendly, even with a busy morning crowd. The place was spotless, and I loved how they kept everything running smoothly. I also grabbed a breakfast sandwich, and it was delicious—fresh, warm, and packed with flavor. I’ve seen people online say Tims can be hit-or-miss, but this location was a total hit. The prices are unbeatable for the quality, and there was plenty of parking, making it super convenient. It’s the kind of place that just makes your day better, whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a bite. Tim Hortons nailed it, and I can’t wait to come...

Tuesday August 1st, 4:45...morning coffee time at my local Tim's... What's iced cappuccino? Must be something new for Tim's cause no one this morning new what that is at Lake and Barton Tim's. I was offer iced coffee and iced latte and then the clerk proceeded to tell me that they changed the caps that the drink comes in. She also proseeded to offer me my money back and free next visit drink...don't insult me...I will pay for my choice of drink at Your location as long as you know what iced cappuccino is! Thank goodness that young lady name Franky arrived at work cause the two other ladies that work there don't know what they sale! Thank you Franky! Great service from Franky! Oh, wait also one of the other two ladies had the nerves to ask me to move out of line cause I'm slowing everyone else! Really!!! Learn what you sale and be good to your customers! Starbucks here I come, at least they know what they sale! I guess you get what you pay for! Whomever owns that location should really look into re-training the clerks so they know the difference between iced cappuccino, iced coffee and iced latte. Cheers, Iced...
