Normally my service from this restaurant is perfect but my issue tonight was with the fellow delivering. My family member went to pay for wings at the door and the debit machine went to print up a receipt and couldn’t due to lack of paper. He then told her that he would have to go to the car to get more paper to print. I had a bad feeling at this point so while he got the paper I got my family member to check her bank account online and the transaction went through. So when he came back to the door to do a second transaction and not just print up the receipt I knew he was trying to rip her off. I have got delivery from this place for years and never felt as cheated as I did tonight. I don’t know who this driver is but he reeked of cigarette smoke and he tries to rip people off. My friend owns a restaurant so I asked her about how the machines print up after they run out of paper and she said you just print out the last receipt to see that the payment has been processed. I did contact this location to make them aware of this issue but now I have lost my trust. She would have been charged $60 for 1lb meal deal of wings and 2 cans of pop.

Food was to be here at 740pm . It was 754 I called to inquire where our food was, they told me it's on my porch I asked when did it get dropped off he said the driver said 5 mins ago. I said alright if it's cold theres gonna be something done. The agent said of course no problem. I checked andnlow n behold my neighbour was outfront n said she seen it got dropped off about 15 to 20 mins prior and when I checked the food it was ALL COLD. Called back let the gentleman know and he said no problem give me a bit of time to get it all made for you and sent out to you at no cost... I said sure no problem, he apologized it was a new driver . Understandable. I truly would like to thank the store for being on top of customer satisfaction. Read moreI refuse to order from this location ever again. When it was a corporate store there was never a problem. Ever since the franchisee took over it has been downhill ever since. We gave them many opportunities to redeem themselves. Unfortunately the quality of the food as well as the service got worse over time. I don't appreciate frequenting an establishment that is only interested in taking my money. The service is horrible to say the least. They have forgotten to include ordered items on more than one occasion. The last time was in very cold weather. When we called back to inform them they refused to deliver the item despite the fact that we are located within the neighbourhood. The following time the chicken wings were a shell of them former selves. Not only were they tiny in nature but they were all black inside the meat.
