If I could do 0 stars I would. I have been left with a terrible taste in my mouth after the customer service.

Booked a birthday party weeks in advance.

1 week before the party date (Saturday afternoon) we get a call asking why we were not at our booked party. After explaining there is some sort of mistake it’s not till the following Saturday they told us it’s no problem sorry for the mistake see you next week.

Wednesday evening just 3 days before the party we are told they over booked and don’t have our lanes. The Christmas party that was booked “well in advance” was more important than my family and our 7year olds birthday party that was also booked in advance. We were told that the party was written down on the wrong day by a staff member. After speaking with the owner who had no options for me. I’m left with the old sorry about your luck.

I now have to call all my guests and explain the situation + find a new party spot in just 3 days.

I will never be back for a game let alone a birthday party.

Let my experience speak for its self do not book a birthday party at this establishment your family is expendable to the owner and staff.

Terrible just terrible.

Ps This is going on my social media so friends and family can see what this business does to a young family trying to do right by their kid

For a small hole in the wall kind of place, glow in the dark bowling was fun. I took my niece out for a fun night out. Its cheep, but I would not recommend eating there.

I was super hungry and wanted a burger. I asked if I can have one. Then I ask if the guy uses gloves. He said no. A bit shocked because even though he was to wash his hands before handling food, I still wanted that reassurance. He immediately offored to give me a refund. Again a bit shocked that he would do that, all of the sudden. I was still polite and asked if he could make something in the deep fryer. His honest quote "well ma'me, I touch everything here." And proceeded to roll his eyes at me, and snicker as if I was stupid. I honestly felt like everyone behind me was watching this, and agreeing with the cashierman.

I had fun for the most part. Yet I will certainly not be back, since I felt very out of place by the one staff in regards to wanted food to be untouched. Very silly way to treat customers at your...

My sons held their 18th birthday 🎂 party here tonight. It was an amazing time and experience!! The staff was awesome and worked hard to host us, they gave us great customer service and answered any questions we had. For a party of 15, it was an amazing experience. They even booked a lane for the adults to bowl and have time. Highly recommend this place! Especially for the fact my friend who has a prosthetic leg was accommodated and allowed to wear his white soled shoes. Best night ever! Only complaint was they used pizza pizza for the party food. A mom and pop place would have probably given a better discount for a party, other than that we are definitely coming back at least...
