Hanover Pizza House — Restaurant in Hanover

Pizza is good, however the owner is a piece of work, very rude because I confronted him on his delivery prices. One week he charges $42.91 and this time he charged $50.00 for the pizza’s. He tried charging me $62.00 said it’s a $12 delivery charge, I told I’ve never paid that much before, he then charged me $50 but after I paid the bill I asked for the receipt he shoved in his back pocket. Price on the bill was $18.15 x 2 = $36.30 plus $5.00 delivery charge, he got very rude and I returned his rudeness right back to him, he then said you better check your pizza , I asked him why? He said that I complained that the pizza was cold, which it’s was but that was like 6 months ago, they replaced it, and we kept ordering from here. It was almost like he was looking for a confrontation. I still got charged $13.70 for delivery.

Response to comment below: I have reviewed your response. I would like to thank you for your offer to refund my purchase. However, it is not necessary. My wife was sitting in the room next to us and witnessed our conversation. In her words from the minute I said; “hello” you had a “chip” on your shoulder. Your, bill does not indicate the taxes, which should be applied. Nothing special if you ask me, however yesterday my family ordered some pizza and wings only to be told at pick up that we did not in fact order wings we only ordered the sauce. We walked out with our pizzas and a bag of about 12 wing sauce containers?

I’ve worked at a pizza place and I don’t understand how even on a busy night someone could hand over a bag of sauce without thinking something’s odd about it.

Sure enough on the bill we paid for 10 wings meaning that was some expensive sauce but we were in a rush so didn’t return.

I’m pretty sure they include about 1-2 cups of sauce with an order of 10 wings so I really don’t know what happened there. Didn’t prefer the pizza before but now I probably wont be back at all. Thanks for all the...

Went with a friend to get a meat lovers pizza and hot wings. When I picked up the box it wasn't as hot as I expected but didn't think much of it.

When we got back the pizza was only a bit above room temperature, the wings weren't sauced and the veggies were dry (it was clear they had been stored for some time in the ziplock they came in) and all the toppings were falling off the pizza.
