New Orleans Pizza — Restaurant in Hanover

I called in for a pick up I always get the same thing and I never had a issue until today when I called I couldn’t hear this gentleman at all and I had to repeat what I ordered 5 times before he got it right and proceeded to tell me that he didn’t understand me at all finally got it right after 5 time I asked for how long he said 15-20 minutes I walked in 25 minutes later to see no orders and to see the employees wearing there hat sideways and complaining with each other and didn’t know how to work the till at all I’m very upset with this and nor see anyone walk in and my pizza and wings still weren’t done I sat there for another 5-10 minutes just to get my Pizza was covered in grease and not what I ordered for toppings definitely going to be a bit before I attempt to...

We ordered 3 large pepperoni pizzas for dinner visiting my parents in Hanover. It didn’t take long to notice something was wrong, the pizza not only was undercooked and soggy, but had a distinct “sour” taste. After all 6 people who tried the pizza agreed, something was wrong, to the point of our stomachs all being turned. We stopped eating it and took it from our 2 young children. We called to discuss , to let them know something was wrong. We were told the manager would call us back, but never received a call. It is very disappointing since we have really enjoyed eating here since it reopened. We ended up having to order something else for dinner, and are all hoping we don’t end up sick. I have never had employees be so rude in my life. The managers sister shouldn’t be working there on her own, she made a mistake which was not a big deal, but when talking to her she became very rude, as well as the other employee there. Then hid in the back, wouldn’t come out and had her mom come to “deal” with the situation, even though she was not there to see that I was in no way rude to her to spark her rude behaviour. My guess is since her sister is the manager she thinks she can talk to customers any way she wants. When I said we would obviously never be back she said , that’s what a lot of people say, seriously???? Keep up the great work , if you can’t handle a position in a pizza joint, I worry...
