I usually don’t post reviews, but I felt this needed to be said.
I visited this location recently and had a frustrating experience. There was only one person working, which I initially understood — we even left the store for a bit to give him space and came back after some time, thinking he might be done or more manageable.
When we returned, he said he still had to finish online orders, which I accepted politely. We sat down and waited for our turn, thinking he would call us when ready. But to my surprise, he served two customers who came in after us without even acknowledging us sitting there. I looked at him, expecting some communication — but he completely ignored us.
When I finally stood up and went to the counter, he didn’t apologize or even explain. Instead, he started asking what sandwich I wanted — but in a rushed and impatient way. And what really shocked me: he handled money, didn’t change his gloves, and then went straight to preparing food. That’s unacceptable for food safety and hygiene.
The entire experience felt careless and dismissive. I’m not expecting perfection, but basic respect, hygiene, and serving customers in the order they arrived is the bare minimum. If one staff member is overwhelmed, they should at least communicate properly — not ignore customers or cut corners.

Read moreAfter standing in line for quite some time, I finally reached the front, only to have the employee tell me that the store was closing and he wouldn’t serve me. This was extremely frustrating because he could have easily informed me when I first entered the store, saving me the time and effort of waiting. It’s a basic customer service principle to either serve customers who have already entered or switch off the open sign to prevent new customers from coming in. The lack of communication and consideration for customers was disappointing and unprofessional.
