Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hanover

The Tim Hortons at Food Basics Plaza needs to change the set up for their drive thru. People try to race to the drive thru through the timmies side parking area to beat the other who use the drive thru properly. Today I was almost run into as a lady sped through the parking area to get in the drive thru line which I was already travelling through. She then had the nerve to threaten me after I honked my horn. The Franchise owner needs to put a concrete curb along the whole drive thru to prevent further issues. I WAS IN THE RIGHT!! I use the drive thru lane properly. Im Fed Up with the ignorance and entitlement of the people who butt in the line up. And when they are in the wrong for some reason they deflect and want to fight. I absolutely have no issue with the service at this location they are good employees and have excellent people managing them. The issue is with the entitlement and rudeness in the drive thru. Please change the drive thru layout. People who use the drive thru are to drive straight in towards Food Basics and use the proper entrance to access the drive thru!!!!! NOT SPEEDING THROUGH PARKED CARS TO BUTT IN!!!! Its dangerous for pedestrians returning to or exiting their vehicles to enter the franchise. Let alone endangering the traffic using the drive...

The girl taking our order was rude with angry face as if we dont belong there. She was acting as if she is some top level executive. The service was slow, there was no one in front of me, no one was taking my order for good 7 mins. Store was not busy and they served everything on the right hand side of the counter, one by one item every few mins. I kept waiting for wedges for atleast 15 mins and when I asked her if she is still working on it. She said you didn't get it yet and I said no. Then she checked on the left hand side and said its here as if I'm some dumb person who would know instead of right Im supposedto go all the way to the left. Incredibly disappointed! Every single part of my order was incorrect. They gave me the wrong sandwich and wrong type of chicken for the wrap we got. As well as our drinks were not full like they are supposed to be. The person that got the sandwich could not eat it. They ordered the ham and cheese sandwich. They can't eat turkey and that's what they gave her. When we got there it was completely empty in the drive through and the parking lot looked empty as well. No reason to mess up someone's order that bad. Unfortunately we could not turn back to talk to the workers but we will never come back to this location.
